What's the purpose of an Evoker? They neither deal damage nor heal, do they have any other kind of benefits?

They buff everybody's dmg, heal and survivability.
it's not as simple but with and aug dps will deal 20% more dmg (just an example).
You have to add that to their dmg to see their real contribution.
