I had a chance to meet MWS, actually at his farm, “barn.” I put it in quotes, as his, “barn” was located, literally adjoining the Cumberland Chase, and nicer than any house I had ever lived in! 🤣 He actually came up to me and introduced himself. I informed him, Michael, I know know who you are! I have been a fan of your’s since you were jumping through large straws wearing argyle!!! The MWS Project for those of you even older than me! A mutual friend, Joey, introduced us! He was awesome!!! Friendly, down to earth, real, and personable!! Another great friend of mine, Jim Daneker worked for him as a keyboardist, and always spoke of his character, friendship and gratitude! I am definitely a fan of MWS!!!

Place in This World will forever mean a lot to me. I was physically and verbally abused as a child and hearing the song gave me hope. My daughter with Autism loves the Lullaby album. God bless you, your family, and ministry. Thank you for answering the call of God on your life.

Micheal, My husband and I have listened to you and Amy Grant since the beginning. We are around the same age as you so it was like going through the valleys and mountains together in our spiritual walk. I feel very blessed by people like you who are willing to share a big part of your life for God to bless others. Thank you!

Mark and Andrew I just want to say that what you do here means so much to me. I also appreciate all your guests. It’s so nice to have a place at the table with you all. It’s refreshing and fun. The openness that y’all share is very meaningful to me.
On the death thing and grieving. For me of course I grieve the loss of my loved one but also death was never part of God’s plan for us so that another reason why I think we feel it so deeply.

New subbie here! 🥰 Love this video. I grew up on Michael W Smith. I became a Christian when I was 18 and he was the first Christian artist I listened to. And I had all his worship CD. Now I’m 37 and have a daughter. I introduced her to MWS and took her and hubby to the concert at Overlake Church in Seattle.

Christian music helped me feel the word not just hear and feel the true depth of Gods love.

The concept of a dinner conversation is perfect, but I worry that the food isn't being eaten and that it might be insulting to the cooks. But then I know how it is to "eat on camera." Do you have spit buckets next to your chair or just move the food around on your plate? LOL

I've taken care of a lot of dementia and Alzheimer's patients in my time. What I have learned is that their brains slowly forget how to function in the body as well as the mind. When they forget how to breathe, they go to sleep that perpetual sleep--tucked in by our Heavenly Father and He will wake everybody up with a trumpet. Can you imagine? If you think about it, it's funny for Daddy to walk in and blow a trumpet to wake you up. Abba has a great sense of humor.

  • @AbaloneWorld
    @AbaloneWorld 4 года назад

There is no greater praise than the blessed truth of God's word to the glory of God.
God the Son (Jesus Christ) has given us the gospel to share with the world.
Mark 16:15: And He said unto them, Go into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
How can anyone hear the "good" news? Romans 10:17 Then faith comes from hearing and hearing the word of God.
    -
Isaiah 7:14: "Therefore the LORD shall give you a sign; behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and call His name Immanuel." Hebrew: עִמָּנוּאֵל, "God with us" in human flesh but without sin. The Savior of the world was born to die for our sins! He did so 33 years later. His terrible ordeal; body mutilated; blood poured out, finally died and was placed in a tomb and rose from the dead the 3rd day ! "HE IS RISEN" Matthew 28:6
    -
John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
    -
"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God." Romans 3:23
    -
" For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." Romans 6:23
    -
" Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man comes to the Father, but by me.." John 14:6
    -
"1 Corinthians 15: 3 "For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:"
    -
" In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;" Ephesians 1:7
    -
" For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins." Matthew 26:28
    -
Ephesians 2:8 "By grace you have been saved through faith, and this is not from yourself: it is the gift of God."
    -
    Romans 10:
9 "That if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in thine heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."
    -
Salvation and forgiveness of sins is the blessing of anyone who believes in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Those who reject the free gift of salvation "perish", which means their sins are judged by God the Son and they suffer eternal separation from God and the family of God forever called the "second death". Revelation 21:8.
    -
"Therefore, being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ." Romans 5:1

Nice couple interviewing so called “Christian” artists. I would think the first step being a Christian should be obedience to God’s Words. A homosexual couple who claim they are Christians, which clearly violates Lev.18:22, among other verses, and artists who wouldn’t know Jesus if He sat next to them, reveal how clever Satan is because I’m certain 99% of people watching this missed what was so obvious. Two gay men interviewing “Christians”. Remedying sin begins with calling it out and rebuking it.

    • @toughtaurus5624

So what if they are? At least they have love in their hearts for others and have been injecting that love into the world via their artistry for decades. What do you have to contribute to the world other than spewing vile, evil, judgemental, bigotted homophobic rhetoric cowardly behind a veiled youtube profile? How are people being who they were born to be affecting anyone and/or anything other than triggering people like you who've been taking up space hating differences you don't understand? Get off your high horse or ride off into your delusional hetero-normative sunset for all I care, or continue wining. The LGBTQ+ community exists, always has, always will and there's nothing you can do about it. The choice is yours going forward. Be a better person or continue willfully choosing to be a bigot.
