I expect the whole series to be done with the enactment of the Sakoku Edict, expelling all foreigners in Japan and starting the Edo period. The second season will largely focus on the conflict between the Lady Ochiba and Toranaga, culminating with the Siege of Osaka and the Taiko’s bloodline executed. The third season will focus mainly on Anjin and Toranaga’s collaboration and their conflict with the Portuguese, eventually leading to the isolation doctrine.
To be honest by appearance there’re more beautiful Japanese actresses than her as Anna is the type of cute and pretty lady. The reason she was chosen is because of her talents and most of all her fluently English.
