My NAT type switches from open to moderate alot on my Xbox and when its moderate it says UPnP unavailable and I can tell because my games start to become delayed. Is this an ISP problem or IP problem?

Remember the Eero Pro doesn't allow ranging so you need to individually set each port

yes I have a static IP but it should work with a dynamic IP. Make sure your local IP is the same
