My fiance and I have always fallen asleep to the television 📺. We have Roku so we stream RUclips episodes of various types. Well, that's not what I particularly like to do because I find myself getting too into the show and end up staying up longer out of my own childlike curiosity. Sooooo after he is safely passed out beyond the point of being able to disagree with my choice, I ALWAYS change it to a mix like this. And true story: we BOTH wake more refreshed and mentally clear to take on the day. EVEN IF WE ONLY GET 4 OR LESS HRS IN! 😀💯 I recommend it to everyone who ever comes to me with their frustrated insomnia stories. And it never fails to be the long- awaited remedy ❤️
