By looking up you realize you're a spec in the universe and so to say your "problems" are important and are actually "problems" is quite asinine. Just think about the problems in your life right now, you'll realize they're not actually problems but just obstructions in your life that you give far too much power and emphasis toward.

Serotonin is our willpower. If you have low serotonin you will have no willpower. Quit eating processed foods as they all decrease serotonin levels. Serotonin is the reason we start a diet and tell ourselves we can't eat chocolate anymore and minutes later we are craving chocolate. Restriction of anything reduces serotonin, the more we say we can't have something rhe lower our serotonin goes. Repetitive activities raise serotonin but only when we don't eat processed foods. OCD is caused by low serotonin, the off switch is stuck so we repetively do things over and over to try and raise our serotonin but it won't work if we eat processed foods. Nail biting is one habit caused by low serotonin. If we do not raise our serotonin intentionally, our brain will do it for us in the form of nail biting and other sometimes not so good habits.
I'm from Ukraine. Before, when I worked at night, I always listened to your sets. Recently I managed to get into my house, fortunately it was almost not damaged. I sat down at my workplace as before. I turned on your sets and... just cried. That was incredible. It's like I'm back in time.. everything is the same as before: my PC, workplace and your sets. Unfortunately now I'm not at home again, but when I go out I always turn on your sets. It helps me to imagine that I am at home and everything is as before. But unfortunately it won't be the same :(

I lost my boyfriend some time ago as he couldn’t go on. He lost his business and his life as he knew it after a covid coma and rehab. He came back but there were issues with money and health and trust. I wish I could tell him how much I still love him.
