Sublime singing Jyoti and Taari !
Due to the fact that I was weaned on DAGH DEHALVI school of school of Urdu shayeri with its strict confines of MAQTA, MATLA, KAFIYA, RADEEF & BEHAR, I have never been a devoted fan of modern day Ghazals and, consequently, Jagjit Singh (who mostly sang modern ghazals) but you two have, kind of, rekindled my interest in Jagjit Singh. Now I am not suggesting here that you are a better crooner than Jagjit Singh 😋🤭but there is a discernible similarity (with Jagjit Singh) in your soft and laid-back style of singing. All in all a nice soothing four minutes on a lazy Sunday morning. All the best.
