I am not a big fan of Mehdi Hasan/Ghulam Ali type of ghazal singing but you have rendered this ghazal exceptionally well. I have shared the link with my DAV school friend - Dr. Raj Rawal, who is a big fan of Mehdi Hasan and this is his favourite ghazal. I am sure he will enjoy your labour of love. All the best buddy and do sing some of my favourites from 1950s & 1960s.
