Screen shots of the ads so to keep someone from taking screen shots from their videos they use moving pictures like this. Rhetty for History creator had these in his video "Bad Product names you won't believe" from 7 months ago. I have seen that a lot lately Unfortunately more creators will do that because that because this kind of content is getting more and more views. I also notice they are putting their video emoji on the bottom right. I think most would be taken down for copyright infringement of a product. Sadly that is how these people play the game.
