Guaranteed SunLu Nylon like is as good or better.
Also dont buy into the water washable crap. It just doesn't clean up as well as the other and you still have to deal with the water that has resin in it.
Use 2 cleaning containers. 1st step let it drip for a while. Then use paper towels wipe away as much of the execess as you can ( especially the plate) then put in your 1st bucket. This should have mean green (simple green) wash. Remove the wipe away, shake off as much liquid as you can. Then put in your 2nd container which should have the alcohol in it. Wash remove from plate put in a container of warm water for 5 min or so remove supports wipe let dry (a desk fan helps) then cure. Bam. Easy peasy. The simple green is far cheaper than the alcohol and this will extend the usability of the alcohol for quite a while.
Protip put your used paper towels in a box stick outside to cure then dispose of in regular trash.
Great content as always, quick question... what is that rack behind you that holds all those paints?
So if this is the second most durable, what's the most???
This resin should make you dinner considering the cost.
I'm not a big fan of spending lots of $$$ on resin but I never have to worry about my premium resin minis breaking up when I toss them in baggies for storage, they also print/paint up better than the cheap stuff, its true and I don't know why.
Sunlu ABS-Like. Cheap, flexible and good detail. It's my go-to.
As a son of Sunlu I can’t agree more.
Glad you did this video, I've looked into it and had a hard time justifying the cost
With the amount you print that would be about the same cost as buying your own island 😂
It does look like a good resin, but $90 AUD per liter that is just a no go for me. I complained to HeyGears about the price of their resin and this is around the same price :S
Is it made of gold?
Hey Nate, I'm a fan of your channel! 😄 I think there is something missing from our marketing, because this is a criticism we often get.
For many applications, Sunlu and budget resins work great, we don't mean to compete with them.
We believe Wargamer is a bit better though. Not twice as good, just somewhat better. For some people, that added benefit is worth the extra cost.
Especially for professionals who sell their prints, they cannot have them break during shipping or feel cheap in a customer's hands. But also many hobbyists who just want to have the best experience.
I think this is roughly the case with any product category, so I don't know why it makes people so angry when it comes to resin. An expensive car and a cheap car mostly do the same job, one is just a better experience.
We hope to launch in Australia soon too, I'd be happy to send you a sample then if you would like to try it out.

@@YesThats3DPrinted No worries, let me know when you launch in Australia and I will be willing to test it out.
Nice! I'm using Elegoos water washable resin and it does not solve easy in water. Is this easy to clean with water?
And how is the smell?
I stick to elegoo ABS because this is basically 2x the price
Finally a review of this resin
I hope you backed the highland miniatures mmf campaign. If not, hop your happy ass over there and do that! If we don’t reach the dismounted questing knights tier, I will personally hold you accountable.
Have you got a link to that please?
great review thanks
I'll stick to my Sunly ABS-like resin.
How does it compare to phrozen 8k resin?
How does it stand up to gravity droop?
I was turned on to Jamghe by you before and was using it for a while... Before realizing that all I'm printing lately is modular minis with 5+ glue points per model, and the extra toughness and flexibility (while impressive!) was doing nothing for me when every break was happening at the glue joints. I now just buy 3kg jugs of Sunlu ABS-like for $50-60. The details are as crisp as anything else I print with, and with all my breaks being glue-based, it's just hard to justify buying anything else at that price.
That makes a lot of sense! Definitely worth saving the cash in that case.
Please consider testing my new favorite resin "NOVA3D Washable Mecha Resin". I tested Wargamer resin to this and, while both are good, I opted for NOVA3D due to its lower price. It is just as easy to work with as Wargamer resin. Curious what your take is.
I’ve literally just finished my testing of that and will have a video coming next week! It’s another fantastic resin and I’m really happy we are seeing so many choices coming out that are amazing for miniatures.
What are you using for your wall storage for paint pots?
Anycubic Tough Resin Ultra!! That is what i just discovered for myself.. reasonable priced on ebay when you buy it in bulk.. i payd like 100€ for 5L .. i would be super excited if you tested that aswell!
