As someone who sufferes from alot of chronic pain I want one of those beds lol. I so want this or a giant bean bag bed. As far as couples not sleeping together or having their own rooms why not. Some people have health issues or mental health issues that make it hard for them to sleep in the same bed as their partner. I have a bad habit of kicking, punching, and bitting in my sleep. So I feel bad for anyone who sleeps in the same bed as me. Plus it gives each one their own personal space to have the way they want.
Get an electric blanket and a bolster cushion if you don’t have them. I find both really help with my spinal arthritis and recovering after the fusing of my discs.
The ex husband part is weird unless they're poly but the not sleeping together doesn't bother me at all because i don't want to sleep in the same bed with my partner either i like my own space and i need a very specific type of bed plus we both sleep in very different ways... I don't think it would be that compatible most of the time

No 50/50 split or full-time and weekends for kid. Mom and dad are in the home kid lives in always with bonus step dad. Also their exact reason is kid Lucas I believe got leukemia? Level sick needed bone marrow transplant and a follow-up of 9 months of quarantine afterwards. So they decided to live together and quarantine together for sick kid and decided to keep doing so as it worked of them. If there was no kid. It would be very weird choice to keep living with an ex even for financial cost reasons of roommate situation
i like sleeping on the floor, my hubby can't. We compromised by finding cots and putting a nice pad ontop :) our room isn't big enough for a bed and we're thinking of van life
My SO and I do not even live together and it works for us. Maybe it’s not a significant other since we’re not married but we’ve actually talked about how we’d make it work if we did live in the same house. We would definitely have separate bedrooms if we did. But we’re both in our 40s and of course we’re always welcome at each others homes whenever we’re both happy living separately

I have 6 friends that are couples and none of them sleep with their husbands they all have separate bedrooms. We have a HUGE bed because of our 4 legged children and our granddaughter who sleeps like a starfish. But we always sleep together unless he’s out of town for work then I get the whole bed to myself😂😊. I vacuum the same way when I’m pissed I also have sucked up toy,socks , money and jewelry if I’m not paying attention!

Lol getting a two bedroom with my boyfriend was the best decision in the entire world 😂 on work days we sleep apart and weekends we spend time together.
People assume that bc we don't sleep in the bed with our husband's that we have a failed marriage but the reality is we still have sex regularly, we just enjoy a good night sleep and I fall asleep listening to true crime and my husband can't sleep with noise but he also snores so loud he shakes the bed. Our arrangement works out great honestly 😂
