I had a therapist on better help and she was telling me other people business and that was my last straw I still want my refund.
I had a therapist call my mom a bit bc of the abuse she was doing to me and told me to move out of her house and live in a tent with my 5 yr old or don’t come back to therapy bc I’m wasting her time

I been ok, a little bit strugglng since I got into a car accident the weekend before my birthday. So really just trying to heal and recover but also be an adult and handle all of the things that comes behind an accident as well. So overall im very thankful to be here, but also hurting at the sometime if that makes sense

When my ex and I broke up two years ago. I had to watch her get engaged three months later. And up until now she seems so happy moving foward living life like I never existed. While for me. Some days I dont even want to be here. Hearbreaks that lead to depression are the worst.
