Why wouldn't you use prepaid visa cards to access cash when traveling ? They wouldn't be attached to your bank at home. Have a regular credit card with you too
Always carry 2 ATM cards when traveling & keep one with you & the other one in the hotel. An ATM card is much safer than a debit or credit card cause you need to know the pin number to get money out of the machine. It's useless to everyone, but you.
@@Amen.22 no, an ATM card can only be used at an ATM machine & you need the pin number to get money out. No one can get money out but you. If it's lost or stolen it's useless to a criminal. Where a debit card can be use anywhere like a credit card. Which means a criminal can purchase items with that stolen debit card & resale it on eBay or Craigslist.
