CROSS BORDER INTERGOVERNMENTAL LOW -LEVEL MEETING

The @IGADpeace and @SAPCONE organized cross-border intergovernmental low-level meetings that were conducted in both corridors of the Nyangatom and Dassenach Woredas. The deliberations led to the opening of the borderline between the two communities. Leaders present were the administration of Dassenach Woredas, Mr. Fikiramariam, and Mr. Patrick Omise, the Kenyan ACC for Loarengak, as well as FAU and IGAD representatives.
