These blades are a miracle. I cut 3' grass and 6' weeds with these on a 24hp Husqvarna. They allow me to cut the paddock just once a year. The deck height had to be adjusted as far up as possible.
Now, what I would like a set of swinging blades on is my 4 foot brush hog I pull behind my little Kubota Tractor. That turned down blade would cut all those long weed stalks.
I bought an vanquish but I believe it needs high lifts but the blade arbour only allows a 2 inch blade. How is the cut on weekly maintained grass cut at 2.5-3 inches with the stock blade ?
Anytime you can cut a full deck width, without choking up the deck discharge, and killing the engine, is a good day mowing. These blades just keep impressing me. It’s nice not killing the engine, and having to get off the mower and push a 700 pound mower by yourself. It doesn’t happen to me, anymore. I also have the finish’s blades, and haven’t had to buy grass bag, & I cut it at 3.5 inches. I’ve got the best looking yard in the neighborhood, easier & faster, also! My yard looks like a golf course! Thanks for a great product.👍🏻
Hi Jessica it is in the efficiency of this blade that there is no comparison to other blades. The blade this gentleman is reviewing for us is almost one third heavier than the standard blade he has. He is also in the process of reviewing our Finisha blade. This blade is lighter and can go lower than the Beast blade he was using. Thank you Jessica it takes a keen eye to observe what you have.
