Ketonozole doesn’t help all, I used it for more than 1 year but no use and even has negative effects on scalp... even if it helps then the moment you drop using it, Conditions of hair would return eventually.. after all it is a chemical. Have talked to many hair specialist, they don’t have any other solutions just would keep changing shampoos. Use oil and massage in old way that’s the best treatment.
Remember one thing brother ...for skin and hair ..aayurveda iss far better than modern science ....if you use medicated shampoo it will definitely make your hair thin and cause hair fall .. because anti dandruff shampoo are very harsh... . Next important point if you want to treat dandruff for always you have to go bald firstly and use salycylic acid(10% w/w also known as zalim lotion or sappaat lotion) with cotton for 5 days consecutive and dont wash hair within period of 5 days ..after 5 days you will find that your upper scalp will peel off and you should clear it with any shampoo....now after this you have to quit all shampoos for always ...and after that you should wash your hair with the paste of multani mitti and sour curd ...and oil is necessary for that you should use warm sesame oil masaage Believe me i had treated my 5 year old dandruff with this ...and never use medicated shampoo it will make you bald

Ketonozole doesn’t help all, I used it for more than 1 year but no use and even has negative effects on scalp... even if it helps then the moment you drop using it, Conditions of hair would return eventually.. after all it is a chemical. Have talked to many hair specialist, they don’t have any other solutions just would keep changing shampoos. Use oil and massage in old way that’s the best treatment.
Remember one thing brother ...for skin and hair ..aayurveda iss far better than modern science ....if you use medicated shampoo it will definitely make your hair thin and cause hair fall .. because anti dandruff shampoo are very harsh...

Next important point if you want to treat dandruff for always you have to go bald firstly and use salycylic acid(10% w/w also known as zalim lotion or sappaat lotion) with cotton for 5 days consecutive and dont wash hair within period of 5 days ..after 5 days you will find that your upper scalp will peel off and you should clear it with any shampoo....now after this you have to quit all shampoos for always ...and after that you should wash your hair with the paste of multani mitti and sour curd ...and oil is necessary for that you should use warm sesame oil masaage
Believe me i had treated my 5 year old dandruff with this ...and never use medicated shampoo it will make you bald
