@@Sevallisk yea footage i saw of that void let him absorb 40+ items at once, but i dont think ill ever unlock the tem to begin with, the requirement is insane, earning every hard mode mark for every character even the alternates, i have enjoyed abusing wavy mushroom, i am really lokking forward to when Brett sees the TRUE Potential of that item and how it is so much more insane than he thinks it si

on top of the other suggestions, id change birthright to give them one shared health pool of 24 hearts instead of 2 of 12. or perhaps 18 if thats too powerful.
Yeah but there needs to be some penalty so people dont just get rid of esau So.. maybe when one dies, they both lose one random item, so its not the end of the world if someone dies, but it still sucks so you have valid reason to try and keep em both up and alive
Maybe the multiplayer revive penalty but built into the character? Meaning Jacob or Esau would give health to revive the other. Unless they have no extra so no revive. Plus the one who dies loses a item.
Personally I think people are donating to brett to feel a little less lonely and put something positive into the world as we trust him not to go corporate greed and sell out. You are helping 2 friends, you save 10+ cats at once and you make people laugh.

@@alvaroperez2349 I don’t know if they patched it out or not, and this was a while ago, but when I was wanting to try and play with controller (by changing the controls mid run), I was only playing as Jacob, while Esau stayed where he was; I wasn’t even holding the button to make him stay, and when I used the keyboard, I controlled Esau. (Like I said, it has been a while, so I could easily be mistaken and just misremembered)
Gnawed leaf does not work due to fact that holding CTRL to keep esau in place, you still can fire with esau and that breaks gnawed leaf effect. Its only usefull if you want esau avoid damage in some fights while not firing any tears
Same here I get 2 characters is hard, but when he looks away so often without pausing, then blames the game, or when he gets hit he just gets upset Plus I think the tainted character is a good challenge, but Brett is angry that he has to pay attention to the game now
1. He's angry he can't just keep looking away and ignoring the game. 2. It's a doubled hitbox. 3. He gets half the use of any item, period. 4. It's such a fucking hassle to manage two characters as one player.
Man i really do wish he would, not say the r slur. like, i Like him! i caught this stream! But it really makes ya feel unwelcome when some uses the slurs people hurl at you and yours in fits of rage.

Jacob & Esau should work like multiplayer where if one dies they become a ghost for the rest of the floor.
The problem with that is that people would just intentionally kill esau.
It would need some massive penalty on top of it.

Ipecac brimstone with soy milk
Just don’t take trisagon (or however it’s spelled) + ipecac. It damages you every time you fire without explosive immunity.
