That way you get ROCK BOTTOM, an item that PREVENTS ALL STAT DOWNS for the rest of the run. Soy Milk is a massive tears up without damage loss, Money = Power never loses its damage buff, etc.
His tendency to not grab resources or hearts when they're literally right there even when he's almost dead and just moving to the next room gives me physical pain. That is all. And also, the thing with Monstro 2.0 was Wars locust.

Things I theorize ventrical razor can do: -help cheese challenge room requirements -cheese curse room spikes -conserve specific effects like mega mush and mega blast -get out of an unwanted situation -get to dogma without teleport card -return to ethereal rooms (devil/angel rooms) easier?

But orders still matter from multipliers. SOY MILK NO DAMAGE DOWN. EVES MASCARA JUST A BIG DAMAGE UP. DEAD ONION JUST GOODNESS. EVERY single trade is good. Experimental Treatment, unable to lower stats! Experimental pill, only a stat up! Even trinkets buffing your stats, active item buffs, work! Although it's more like it never ticks away, but it needs to 'stack up' again. Example: Curved Horn trinket. Damage up while held, doesn't go away when dropped. Picking it back up does nothing. Holding two at the same time will stack for twice its total original benefit. Moms Box also increases trinket use. Hey remember that perfection trinket, +10 luck but it gets destroyed if you get hit? Just a permanent +10 luck lol. Hey you know every buff you ever get that expires? Doesn't go away. Another example: Book of Belial, temporary damage up (Temporary = until you leave the room, of course) Use it once, that's permanently applied. Using it again in a different room will do nothing. Use it twice in one room, the effect does stack. Then leave, and then use it twice in the same room again... Nothing. it tracks how many times you've gotten its buff at once, and sticks to that, and only upgrades your stats if you increase how many times you've gotten its buff at once. So, if you've used it twice in one room in one run, you need to use it three times in one room to actually get any more benefit, otherwise it's just stuck at 'I have two book of belial buffs'.

That's Tainted Samson's gimmick. After you kill a certain ammount of enemies you go into rage mode with a bone sword and all your stats go WAY up. You keep killing and the mode stays on
