I would have to see you play to give you the best answer and solution, but I guess the best for you would be to play in front of a mirror and check that your arm and wrist form 1 line and that your wrist does not bend. It's become a habit and you have to constantly check, so you make a new habit out of it! There are other exercises too, that I could make a video of on my other Chabbel "LC ViolinTube Tutorials", it's easier to see me explaining it than writing it here..😊 greetings Lelie
