Thank you for your videos! I really enjoy them all. Question, how in the world do you manage to keep your white shirt clean? You certainly have a skill there that I am lacking😂. Have a great day!

Thank you Gretchen :) honestly I’m not sure, haha. It is a miracle. I’m typically very prone to spilling 😂. I was playing with fire and should probably be wearing something darker or an apron.

I noticed about 5months ago a marketing manager gave you some great advice about changing your channel name to help you grow. You should really consider it seriously.

If this is true I’d try it because you should definitely have more subscribers.

I just made your peach hot sauce using only cayenne peppers. Absolutely delicious! I had never heard of a sugar rush peach pepper until this video. How does it compare to the heat of a Cayenne? Frank’s red hot is my general limit for heat tolerance, unfortunately.

I made dilly beans for my kids for many years but I added a couple of hot peppers to the jars since we love all things spicy. Sadly they have been grown and gone from our house for many years. The peach hot sauce I can’t wait to try. It sounds delish! Both of these will be added to their Christmas this year as I always give them a basket of goodies I make. BTY I made all of your different kinds of hummus excluding the oil and salt and they are great. I just blend them up and add my seasonings. I love them! Thanks for sharing your recipes with us ❤

Hi Vickie! Thank you for watching! I should have added some hot peppers - spicy pickles are always our favorites. Those are the very best kind of gifts. I’m so glad you enjoyed the hummus! I appreciate your support.

Did you try the hot sauce before you canned it. Just curious. My kitchen is currently being renovated so I am having to be creative with my canning and just using plug in elements. I have piles of beans so I will try the dilly bean’s tomorrow and perhaps all 3 recipes as I have everything. Thanks

By the way I made the basil simple syrup but I used cinnamon basil and it was delish. So interesting the cinnamon flavour of the basil.

That was my situation all last canning season - made things a little more interesting! Yes I tried the hot sauce and it is incredible. So glad you enjoyed the basil simple syrup Julie. I have some cinnamon basil growing, I may need to try that! Thank you for watching & best of luck canning through your renovation :)

Do you put your dehydrated tomatoes in oil once they come out of the dehydrator?

Hi Nancy. Sometimes I do, sometimes I don’t. If I add olive oil I store in the fridge.
