- Global Trade Center (GTC), one of the flagship projects of Kenya's Vision 2030 programme, is an ultra-premium city complex in Nairobi, consisting of four major elements: JW Marriott Hotel, a 184-meter GTC Office Tower, GTC Executive Residence and GTC Boutique Mall.
GTC is designed to re-define the lifestyle of the international elites and to offer instant satisfaction to their demands, be it the latest trends in fashion, passion or dreams.
All the human aspirations for a modern metropolis are realized here through the glamorous lifestyle it provides: the high-end office space, the comfortable leisure amenities, the luxurious hospitality services and the elegant residences.
Amazing, if only we could have faces of the Kenyan people in the GTC advertisement. 💡🤨

Encourage the county and government at large, to build simple and cheaper housing for those pple in slum too. Nairobi will be in Another level if they do that. But am so proud of GTC Nairobi. It is so magnificent

@lucis Field's-globetrotter Oh Is that right?... remember this project was also halted for a few weeks Nairobi county government, so the government is so greedy in way that it can even stop it's own projects due to corruption.
I heard that even the pinnacle project was halted ,by who else other than the government offices of approval.

This is just a monumental time to be alive in Nairobi. Its mind blowing to see this unveiling! I saw the skyline behind the 5star hotel villla Rosa. Thought its something different. The walk through is incredibly breath taking. Awe!

The developer is AVIC which is a Chinese company. The Kenyan government is in partnership with the Chinese and so far the development is proceeding as expected and will be finished as per the expected timelines.

Not to worry. Accessibility and traffic build-up was definitely considered. As part of the project development, Chiromo Lane is going to be upgraded to a dual carriageway.
Calvince I was waiting for the negative minds to emerge here. Anyway just for your info a double decker road is on the way from Mlolongo to James Gichuru road.

The positive economic effects of a project of this size will spill over to everyone. Think about the jobs that are created, the amount of money that will be spent in the country because of the investment this project will attract.
