SCP-049 is a humanoid entity, roughly 1.9 meters in height, which bears the appearance of a medieval plague doctor. Though the entity seems to be cooperative and cordial, it can become especially irritated or at times outright aggressive if it feels that it is in the presence of what it calls the "Pestilence". SCP-049 will become hostile with individuals it sees as being affected by the Pestilence, and will generally attempt to kill any such individual; SCP-049 is capable of causing all biological functions of an organism to cease through direct skin contact.

Here’s an SCP that I came up with(I know this is 7 months old and no one will care about so):
SCP 049-01 aka “The First Victim”
So who is SCP 049-01?
This individual appears as a lost, young child who was unfortunate enough to be trapped in the SCP facility. As he was wandering the dark, almost empty hallways with nothing more than a dimly-lit flashlight, he noticed something out of the corner of his eye: A plague doctor, staring at him. The poor soul thought nothing of it and continued. As the poor soul was wandering the empty, almost abandoned facility, he noticed 049, looking at him. The poor soul said in an almost scared but desperate voice “Who……are you? Are you…following me?”.
The good doctor smiled underneath his mask, seeing the poor soul, he responded in a calm, soothing voice “Are you lost, child?”. The poor, scared but desperate soul, thought that the man in the plague doctor outfit was going to hurt him, and so he ran. The good doctor, taking note of this behavior, began to follow him.
The poor soul, entering a room, found a desk in which he hid. He tries to stay as quiet as possible, but the SCP follows him, opening the door. 049 begins to search for the boy, singing ring around the rosies as he checks every desk, hoping no one is hiding underneath. But the good doctor slowly approaches the desk the boy was hiding in. He put down his hand on the desk and said “There you are, I found you.”. The boy got out of the desk and he was crying, just wanting to go home. The good doctor, noticing the sadness the boy has, tries to “cure” him by touching him, knowing that the “pestilence” inside him would go away. But the boy did NOT turn into a mindless zombie slave, instead, he felt nothing, just nothing at all.
049 was shocked: He had never seen an individual so unique, so special, so…extraordinary be immune to his “cure”. The poor boy, managing to calm down, told the good doctor “Can you get me home? I’m scared.”. The good doctor said “There’s nothing to be afraid of, child. Follow me and I’ll get you somewhere safe, ok?”, said the doctor in his calm, soothing voice. So the poor child followed the good doctor to a safe place, where we have taken care of by the good doctor. But the child would become a lab rat/test subject for 049’s experiments. One of these experiments would turn the now adult man insane. As he was injected with the “cure” for the “pestilence”. He felt strange: His veins were filled with this “cure”, he felt his senses changing, his sense of sight changing.
The “cure” also caused the man to shake uncontrollably as if he had a seizure, in the cold, hard bed he was laying in. Then a loud, horrifying screech was heard in the other room 049 was in. 049 tried to ignore the screams, wails and cries the man was having, but they were so loud that it was almost the good doctor’s ears. Then the man who had this “cure” screamed in human dialect “HELP ME!!!”, “GET ME OUT OF HERE!!”, “MY HEAD IS POUNDING!!”, “I WANT TO GO HOME!!!”, and other words. Then, he broke out of his prison, breaking the chains off his head, neck, and wrists, and ran off into the hallways. 049, seeing this, became emotionally distraught and highly disturbed. A large group of SCP Foundation guards managed to incapacitate SCP 049-01 into a maximum-security containment cell, next to SCP 049’s containment cell. There he lays as a normal human being, scrawling messages onto the walls of his cell.
So what does he look like?
SCP-049-01 appears as a normal human being but can mutate into a zombie super-soldier created by 049 with superhuman but extremely strange abilities.
He appears as a man with charred, almost metallic grey, hard skin, which acts as armor. His ribs are split open and his eyes appear a luminous yellow-ish orange. He has enhanced eyesight, has extreme supernatural speed and agility, and the ability to have enhanced senses. The individual also has a long, rusty iron chain around his neck and burn marks and pieces of rope tied around his wrists. He is also known to have extreme regenerative abilities which allow him to regrow human limbs in a matter of minutes and rapidly heal itself in a matter of seconds. According to the SCP guards, they say that this SCP “cannot be killed”, but there are several ways to kill him. This SCP has an extreme sensitivity to light, sound, and darkness, but regular light(a regular illuminating lightbulb) and regular darkness(a dark hallway) won’t affect this SCP.
His wounds also bleed out black mucus/blood due to his veins turning black due to the “cure” that 049 administered to him.
The black blood, if touched, has the same effect as 049 touching someone, removing the “pestilence” inside of them. Also sometimes very rarely, his wounds will seep out orange, glowing pus that is highly radio-toxic, able to destroy and rot human flesh via direct contact.
Overall, SCP-049-01 is a highly dangerous individual and must be kept inside the holding cell at all times, and any encounter with him is always guaranteed your inevitable death. He can be seen dragging a heavy chain with the victims’ necks tied with the chains. These victims, according to him are those inflicted with the plague and must be returned to 049.

*Special Containment Procedures:* SCP-049 is contained within a Standred Secure Humanoid Containment Cell in Research Sector-02 at Site 19. SCP-049 must be secured within a Class III Humanoid Restriction Harness (including a locking collar and extension restraints) and monitored by no fewer than two armed guards.
While SCP-049 is generally cooperative with most Foundation personnel, outbursts or sudden changes in behavior are to be met with elevated force. Under no circumstances should any personnel come into direct contact with SCP-049 during these outbursts. In the event SCP-049 becomes aggressive, the application of lavender (L.multifido) has been shown to produce a calming effect on the entity. Once calmed, SCP-049 generally becomes compliant, and will reture to containment with little resistance.
In order to facilitate the ongoing containment of SCP-049, the entity is to be provided with the corpse of a recently deceased animal (typicalls a bovine or other large mammal) once every two weeks for study. Corpses that become instances of SCP-049-2 are to be removed from SCP-049's containment cell and incinerated. SCP-049 is no longer permitted to interact with human subjects, and requests for human subjects are to be denied.
*Temporary Containment Procedure Update:* (See Addendum 049.3) Per Containment Committee Order 049.S19.171, SCP-049 is no longer permitted to interact directly with any members of Foundation staff, nor is it to be provided with any additional corpses to be used in its surgeries. This order shall persist indefinitely, until such time a consensus regarding the ongoing containment of SCP-049 can be reached.
*Description:* SCP-049 is a humanoid entity, roughly 1.9 meter in height, which bears appearance of a mediaval plague doctor. While SCP-049 appears to be wearing the thick robes and the ceramic mask indicaive of that profession, the garments instead seem to have grown out of SCP-049's body over time, and are now nearly indistinguishable from whatever form is beneath them. X-rays indicate that despite this, SCP-049 does have a humanoid skeletal structure beneath its outer layer.
SCP-049 is capable of speech in a variety of languages, though tends to prefer English or medieval French2. While SCP-049 is generally cordial and cooperative with Foundation staff, it can become especially irritated or at times outright aggressive if it feels that it is in the presence of what it calls the "Pestilence". Although the exact nature of this Pestilence is currently unknown to Foundation researchers, it does seem to be an issue of immense concern to SCP-049.
SCP-049 will become hostile with individuals it sees as being affected by the Pestilence, often having to be restrained should it encounter such. If left unchecked, SCP-049 will generally attempt to kill any such individual; SCP-049 is capable of causing all biological functions of an organism to cease through direct skin contact. How this occurs is currently unknown, and autopsies of SCP-049's victims have invariably been inconclusive. SCP-049 has expressed frustration or remorse after these killings, indicating that they have done little to kill "The Pestilence", though will usually seek to then perform a crude surgery on the corpse using the implements contained within a black doctor's bag it carries on its person at all times3. While these surgeries are not always "successful", they often result in the creation of instances of SCP-049-2.
SCP-049-2 instances are reanimated corpses that have been operated on by SCP-049. These instances do not seem to retain any of their prior memories or mental functions, having only basic motor skills and response mechanisms. While these instances are generally inactive, moving very little and in a generally ambulatory fashion, they can become extremely aggressive if provoked, or if directed to by SCP-049. SCP-049-2 instances express active biological functions, though these are vastly different from currently understood human physiology. Despite these alterations, SCP-049 often remarks that the subjects have been "cured".
