We're back with another one of our amazing #brewwithyou videos this week and this time we visited the amazing ‪@doorstep‬‪@DoorstepBrewing‬ at his home to home brew a big batch of Czech Dark Lager or Čmelák Tmavý!!
We brewed this on Lance's 80L 3 vessel system which he has built in his old 1850's wash house at the back of his garden, it's an amazing space and with lots of character! We had a blast brewing this beer with him and hopefully you'll be inspired by Lance's innovations and approach to brewing amazing beer at home!
