Any chance you can help me with a question using the ML-ACR isolator? I'm planning an isolated dual battery setup to separate a main starting battery from an aux battery. Aux Battery would have the Stereo system and other components like headlights. In my case, I'm using this automatic headlight kit that turns the headlights on automatically at night. The module needs a 12v Ignition input and a 12v Constant input. If I gave the module a 12v Ignition feed , which comes from the main battery, but then provide the constant 12v feed from the Aux battery, would this be fine? I guess I am lost about how certain accessories get their Ignition trigger input (like a stereo system) which comes from the main battery, yet power them with constant 12v feed from the isolated aux battery. Man I hope that makes sense. I am so lost ATM. Appreciate any ideas you might be able to share!
Ignition feed refers to a voltage triggered by the key (ON) position. Use the feed from that on the back of your ignition contact or tie it into any other electronic you have that only works when the key is on. Ignition trigger does NOT come from the main battery - that feed is constant.
i am installing the ACR in my 20' CC. i have a brand new house battery and a brand new start battery. my question is regarding is it ok to charge my batteries with my NOCO GEN5X2 while attached to the ACR.
You should confirm that both batteries use the same charging voltage. Mixing batteries like lithium's require DC to DC converters as the voltages are different.
I used a crimped jumper, you need to put 2 wires under the 8 or 3 terminals. Here is the video of the final install: ruclips.net/video/gLvC97b650c/видео.html

I could really use Your help on this right now. Anyway to contact you at all?
Is wire between 8 and 3 just a jumper soldered?

@@SteveRivett basically just a wire spliced into 8 that goes to three right? So then you end up with power on both?
