These tutorials are great! Wish I had known about them when i first got Manager! And love your style and delivery. One thing I still need is a tutorial on how to use FX rates (which is why I was looking in RUclips and how I found your Channel!). Its not clear to me at all. Maybe you could do a tutorial on that. I know how to set them up, and I know how to change them. But....things like when you change a rate? do you just over-write it? Or do you have to set a new one every day?? Or every month??? And how do you account for YEAR END???? HELP!!! And Id encourage you to keep these up - I think you have done a great job. I know building a Channel isnt easy, but yours are great and your style is awesome, so wish you keep onwards and upwards! Very Best P
