for the next song on my EP I have included the Hammond B3 Organ on the track, higher plane. I want it to give the track colour. Let me know what you use and how you think it sounds in my mix.See you next week! Please check out the other vids in the recording series , comment, like, share and subscribe. Many thanks
Really liked the song. Kinda had a Crazy World of Arthur Brown vibe (maybe the organ?). Kudos to you. As a massive Prog Rock fan, I have quite a few Hammond Vst plug ins: DB33 by AIR, B-3X by IK Multimedia, Vintage Organs by Native Instruments (the original and discontinued B4 from circa 2000 was much better than this IMO) and Waterfall B3 by UAD. These all have the basic sound down pat but each one comes up a little sort in replicating the rotating Leslie cabinet which is, for anyone whose heard the real thing, an immersive 3d experience which might take surround sound software to replicate faithfully?
Love it, in the search for the best VST. I loved both vintage organs and the B4. I agree we are not quite there, I don’t think the logic organ stacks up to any of these but I do think they all fit well into a mix, which is you favourite of all those plug ins?

@@themediapreacher8154 B-3X by IK Multimedia just edges it but that's in isolation. As you state the context of the mix is paramount
