This workout is extremely effective because it burns calories for hours after the workout. The exercises target all muscle groups.
I used 5kg dumbbells for this workout.

I made a good decision to subscribe. This is my favorite so far. I watch every nuance while trying to emulate and it seems like I am learning to move my body differently every time--each time I see something new and work on that. The time just goes so fast while learning and moving. Have not mastered it yet, but it feels like I am making progress. My life is so blah and stressful, thank you for making my world better, "pushing on" can be motivating. Feel so lucky to have found some inspiration; Brian is inspiration mentally, physically, and certainly spiritually. I need more and more to take my dull existence and buff-it-up-shiny!

I'm just beginning my exercise journey and I gotta say this was by far the best video I have found for beginner weight lifting. I'm currently too fat to do some of these (like I can't hold my foot with both arms, etc.), I'm 307lbs, but I look forward to using this video as a tool to help me. Great workout Brian, was looking for 30 minute dumbbell workout combining strength and cardio and no jumping and all and came here. Just completed it and feeling great thanks.
I'm doing just this workout every other day for a month now. I lost 2 kg's, however got a lot stronger compared to the beginning I almost couldn't walk up the stairs in my house after first workout, ofc I changed my eating plan, getting 1.6-2.2G of protein*kg every day and up to 2kcal for 1kg of my weight a day. Result is 108-106KG's. Today was my first time being able to perform 100 percent of the training, otherwise I skipped an exerise at 24:45 due to extreme exhaustion. Eventually I did it now just because of the routine. No matter how well or bad I performed previous exercises, only the consistency matters and helps to get you there sooner or later. Thanks for the video Brian, I'll update here once I reach under 100KG's weight.

Thank you for this workout, I have hypothyroidism and cardio is no good for me I gain weight! Weight training is what needs to be done! And I like how each workout move is short I cannot maintain stamina ❤

I was so bored with all the other workouts and after I finished this workout I was left feeling energized. Thank you.
Day 1 : It felt like I just came out of a shower . Sweat was dripping from all over my body . It was really exhausting . It had to stop for 30 sec 3 times to catch a hold on my breath. Weight : 85.2kg
Day 2 : Felt a bit easier than yesterday . I was sweating the same . The workouts for which I had to pause 30 sec , I did high knees instead. Weight : 86.5kg
Day 3 : Things were a bit tough than yesterday . First 20% was easy aka I have gained the initial stamina but things go tough after that . I thoroughly enjoyed the last 10% 😂 .

Uhh it’s been 9 months how’s it going
I like the buildup of Your programs - that there is 30+30 sec exercise and 10 sec rest; that I can see the time and percentage running; that You show a little bit ahead what comes next. And that there is no talking. Also, that it the beginner video, it gradually got harder and then back easier in the end (that might be subjective, but for me it was good). The only thing I don't like are the advertisements. Have a good day! :)

Amazing. I love it. Started today. Without dumbbells. Because after 6 years gap, holding dumbbells with this workout was painful n stressed.
