    Tip: *if you don't have a blowtorch just melt some sugar (as in caramelize it) and add to ur creme

      5 SQUAD yes leche as milk. Leche flan is the Filipino take on the more commonly known dessert Flan or Crème caramel.

    Ok, so I've been wanting to make this for a long time now, and finally made it! I used vanilla bean paste instead of an actual vanilla bean. Very tasty! I did have a bit of trouble caramelizing the sugar, though. I don't have torch, so I used the broiler instead. The sugar caramelized unevenly because I didn't spread it out evenly. It still turned out yummy.

    En Argentina le llamamos flan pero preparamos un caramelo en el molde y allí vertemos la mezcla, en recipientes que llamamos budineras. Usamos doce huevos, un litro de leche, azúcar y esencia de vainilla

    Whipping cream/heavy cream is really pricey in my country, so instead of using half cream and half milk, i use canned evaporated milk instead. Still taste so good❤

    I tried this and it’s amazing!!! My whole family loved it thank you for the recipe!
    Side note: Make sure to use vanilla pod like the recipe because it makes all the difference, also this recipe only made 3 ramekins for me so if you want more try doubling the recipe.

    so, if you don’t have a torch you can actually heat the back of a spoon up and touch the sugar with it
    just make sure your spoon is really hot so that it “burns” the sugar

    I am inspire with Hida's cool cooking style.     Love this stuff! Can't get enough of it.. but interesting thought, watching you add the sugar to the egg yolks.. I had memories of my dear Grandmother making something very like this for cough syrup when I was a little child. ;) This dish definitely deserves the freshly scraped Vanilla bean and real Cream.

    The name "Creme brulee" is actually in french, the correct form would be "Crème brulée" which translates to "burned cream" enjoyed this video thx for the recipe :)

      @@kh6403 Il y a un équivalent de marque Elle et Vire Crème Liquide 35%, sinon vous pouvez remplacer par n'importe quelle crème fleurette a 30% ca ne change pas grand chose.

    Found easier way! Add egg yolk to melted vanilla ice cream (with microwave or just let it melt by itself) and mix well. Bake in water bath as usual. Tadaaa! Easy creme brulee

      無糖。 バニラの大元ですよ。植物なんですよ。バニラって言うのは。チョコがカカオ豆から出来てるように、バニラもバニラビーンズから出来てます。伝わるかな?

      Try few more times till you perfect it. I use less ingredients to begin so that I don't waste too much if things go bad.

    الوصفه فقط للعرب هي صفار بيض و سكر و فانيلا و حليب سائل و ويوضع في الفرن على حراره ١٤٠. الى ٣٠_٤٠دقيقه و من اجل التزين يوضع ملعقتين من السكر ومن ثم نعرضه للهب ليكون بالشكل الذهبي وبالعافيه

    HidamaRI AND THE COOKING TREE..IM CONFUSED..THEY REALLY HAVE THE SAME STYLE OF BAKING..EVEN THE BAKING TOOLS THEY HAVE ARE THE SAME.

      i am sapphire - I was just thinking that 😂 but I think they are just different people doing the same type of video. Cooking tree always has little animals, Hida Mari is a little faster than Cooking Tree, very slight differences
