CORY that small gray animal that you found in the cave is called a silverfish. THIS MEANS THAT YOU ARE NEAR A RARE AREA CALLED A STRONGHOLD. Strongholds are used to fight the final boss of the game( you’ll find out what it is). In order to activate a portal you have to first locate it and memorize where it is. The you have to kill many enderman which are tall purple mobs. They look like sirenhead a bit. They will drop ender pearls which let you teleport between places. You then have to go to the nether and find and a nether fortress. In the nether fortress yellow beings called blazes will spawn and you have to kill them. They will drop blaze rods which are essential to creating an item called eye of ender. I’m pretty sure you have to places one in your crafting inventory/table and it’ll be like powder. Combine the ender pearls(drops from enderman) and the blaze powder to make an eye of ender. Repeat the process until you have 12. Go back to the ender portal and place them. MAKE SURE YOU ARE PREPARED! YOU WILL NEED FOOD AND A TON OF ARROWS ASWELL AS A SWORD. Once you are ready, have fun.

Here’s a tip Cory, if you ever find a wolf in the wild, don’t attack it unless it’s hostile. Instead have some bones with you and right click the wolf with the bones in hand. Once it sits that means it’s tame and is now your pet dog.

Yo Cory. the big dude in the village is called an iron golem. they protect the villagers from hostile mobs like zombies and others! They are made from iron blocks and a pumpkin head. you can spawn one in or near your farm to protect you and your animals. THE VILLAGERS WILL NOT DO ANYTHING IF YOU STEAL FROM THEM. I've stolen beds, wood, emeralds, FOOD, and tons of others and they don't do crap.
lemme list some more tips I got for you.
*Always carry a water bucket.* ESPECIALLY WITH LAVA
there's something you can do if you fall from high places which are placing water down right before you land. you can also climb water! it works as a cheap ladder. just remember to pick the water right up after placing and jumping in it, on your way down.
*don't be dramatic with the torches*
why I say this is cuz I see that u got a fear of mobs spawning everywhere. but only place them if necessary. the mobs will not spawn in between two torches that are like 5 blocks apart. I'd suggest adding them like every 10 blocks. or when it too dark for you to see.
*mining*
diamonds are the best minerals to use for tools. they are around Y: 16 (16 blocks above bedrock aka the lowest you can dig) and can be found near red stone and lava. I'd suggest you make a diamond pickax and sword/ax depending on the way you attack (since the ax has more damage than a sword when you jump).
*get around*
Press F3 on your keyboard for coordinates, biome, light level, etc. These are VERY helpful for getting back home although I already know you fine with that. Just in case, write down your home coordinates if you don't know how to get back.
*PETS!!!!*
Here ill tells you which animals you can make pets and how to make them your pets. BTW if you want to name them you must make an anvil and name tag then put the name tag in the anvil and RENAME the name tag then put the name tag on the desired pet. sounds confusing but it's pretty easy to do. also, do this after you tame the animal.
Horses: You must use apples to tame the horse. to know when you've tamed it, you keep giving it apples until red hearts show up around it. After you've tamed the horse. you cannot ride it unless you have a saddle. so don't just expect it to move with you after you've tamed it.
Wolf/dogs: Instead of apples you use bones!! you keep on giving it bones until the red hearts show up. after that, it's yours. it'll follow you and will teleport if far away (unless you set it down) and it also comes with a little collar on it! you can change it with a dye I believe.
Cats: These spawn in villages and jungles. Its basically the as the wolf but instead of bones you use fish to tame it!! you can also make it sit down.
Parrots: You can tame a parrot by giving it any kind of seeds such as melon seeds, seeds, pumpkin seeds, or beetroot seeds. You can set it down or it will just follow you around. they spawn in jungle biomes

Even though it’s 2023 here’s a tip: if you get tired of creepers destroying things that u built go to the settings and scroll down until u see “Mob Griefing” and press it and it should turn off. that’ll keep them off your property. If u don’t want mobs spawning at all there should be a button above the “Mob Griefing” and it should say “Mob spawning” that’ll keep the mobs from spawning, there’s other little settings that u can choose from too! how to find diamonds:
you can only find diamonds
at coordinates y 12 and below
dungeon chests
villager blacksmith chest
and temple chests
(at sand temples, digging down at blue terracotta will blow you up at the sand temples, so don't mine down the middle colour and destroy the stone-looking pressure plate when you get down to the treasure area. it's in the middle)
if you don't follow the steps in the parentheses you will blow up and lose all of ur stuff

So the worm thing is called, "Silverfish" even though its small, itll bop ya head like a teetherball
They hide in stones so be careful of breaking stones
Also the thing again with the crossbow is a Pillager, they basically Pillage Villages, but if you defend the village from them, you will be crowned as hero of the village.
Cake is one of the best consumables so you put it down and eat piece by piece
You can craft a bow using 3 sticks and 2 strings and use you salvaged arrows from skeletons to fire back at them
You can also craft a fishing rod to fish fish using the same ingredients used as a bow
Wolfs can be tamed by bones if fed enough of them and they will attack anything you attack
Cats/Ocelots can be tamed with fish although they wont protect you from hostile mobs but will protect you from creepers.

Cake is not that good. It does not relieve more saturation than steak or porkchop. Plus, I would say golden carrots because they are the best, but cory isn't that far yet to be able to make golden carrots.

Tips:
-Crouch so you dont fall in caves or off of things etc
- Your shield will eventually break
-"The village guardian" is an iron golem and it will attack you if you harm a villager
-The mobs with crossbows are called pillagers and they raid villages.
-Turn your coordinates on to help you if you get lost
- Craft a compass to better direct you to spawn
- You can steal leashes from wandering traders by killing them or the llamas, leashes can be attached to any animal to help guide them or take them with you such as when you're gathering farm animals or bringing along a dog.
- Milk can be used for when you are poisoned to make it go away
-If You ever get caught on fire use cobblestone etc and jump on top of it to put the fire out
-You can also gather and use villagers, to breed them you just give them potatoes
- Creepers are scared of cats
- You can make your own iron golem(s) to protect your house
- The marshes are where you can find mushrooms, witches and slimes
-Slimes can be killed and used to make sticky pistons
- There are different types of villages including one that is made completely out of snow
- If you travel enough in a desert you may find a temple DO NOT break the purple center block, you will fall directly down onto a pressure plate that will trigger tnt and blow you up. Dig 2 blocks to the side either direction, you can go straight down. There Will be 4 chests inside and you are able to loot all the chests. I would recommend destroying the pressure plate because a dropped item can trigger it as well. You can take the tnt too if you want.
- If you ever go in the ocean and a dolphin is swimming around you, follow it because it might lead you to a wrecked ship that could have good loot inside. You can also feed dolphins with raw cod.
- If you're in the ocean and you see a building in the water dont go in there because you arent prepared yet. You will die.
- While in the ocean if a sound plays and a mob goes across your screen, row your boat AWAY. The mob is a Guardian fish and they will kill you with ease if you dont know what you're doing.

**PLEASE LIKE SO CORY SEES THIS**
Cory, I know you probably won't read this, but here are some things to really help with progression. First of all you can press F3 to pull up the debug menu and on the left a couple lines down you can see coordinates, you can use these to mark where your base is and other landmarks you want to remember, but mainly so you can use your y coord (the second number in the coord section) to go to Y = 11 / 12 it really doesn't matter but on those two levels you can find diamonds in very generous amounts, but they can still generate from y=4 to y-16, then I would recommend finding enough to make a pickaxe so you can mine obsidian to get to the nether (build a frame with an area of 2x3 in the centre vertically) then get fire in the centre, this can be done with a flint and steel (uses 1 flint that you can get from breaking gravel and 1 iron) or by any other means of burning.
inside the nether there are resources such as quartz, netherrack, wither skulls, blaze rods, ghast tears, and other generally useful stuff including the upcoming netherrite. the most important of these items are the blaze rods, and the wither skulls, wither skulls allow you to summon the wither boss i feel you can just search to how to summon it but the blaze rods can be converted into powder with a rate of 2|1 use the powder to craft eyes of ender with the ender pearls you get from endermen and you can use these to find the portal to the end, to do this you hold the eyes in your hand and throw it, it will go the path to the closest portal, follow the path and i would recommend throw a new eye every 1000 blocks or so seeing as it can be far away at times, then once you get to the portal fill in the empty frames with eyes of ender to open the portal, the structures the portal spawns in can have libraries which can have VERY good enchanting books at times and also a lot of books, just search up how to use the books because I don't want this to be much longer.

Whenever I see a RUclipsr who is essentially new to Minecraft play it and just love it this much, it always makes me indescribably happy. Real quick: You can’t fall when crouching, so if you want to avoid falling in lava or off a roof, crouch and you can walk as far as u want off the ledge until it stops you. Thing is, u can still be knocked off by something like a zombie hitting you or a skeleton shooting you.
Also, if you use ur shield to block a creeper explosion like u would an arrow, it keeps you from being knocked back and negates the damage, but damages the shield heavily
Just two tips that are pretty useful for when ur in a sticky situation

13:21 That is called Silverfish, they spawn near a place where a teleporter is, if you get the teleporter active you can teleport to the END.(You should get diamond armor and tools first bec it leads to a boss called the Ender Dragon).
13:34 That is called a zombie villager, villagers can become zombies by being attacked by zombies.
14:10 zombies can pick things up and use them and as a weapon or armor.
21:17 That is called a ravine, you can get some more ores bec there are a lot down there.

Hint 2: silverfish BLOCKS can spawn randomly throughout the world, you can tell if a stone block has silverfish if you can break it with your fist

Silverfish don’t only appear in strongholds. They can spawn across the overworld in infested stone or cobblestone or more blocks. It’s called an end portal, not a teleporter. Zombie villagers can spawn naturally. It means there could be a village nearby

Here a few tips for cory
You can find haybales in villages and they can help break your fall or you can craft them into wheat and make bread.
The village guardian aka iron golem protects the villagers from the mobs and grey villagers that you've seen called pillagers.
You can steal from villagers and you wont be punished
You need a saddle to ride horses which you can find from spawner dungeons, you can also find them from doing raids which start when you kill the gray villager guys with the banners sticking out of them. Once you kill the banner guy(the captain) you will get an bad omen affect. Once you turn up at a village it will start a raid there will be waves of bad guys starting with a couple of crossbow guys and ending with larger beasts that do a ton of damage and witches and wizard. So make sure to bring food, milk, and high durability swords and axes. There is 5 waves to survive.
While you are in caves the deeper you go the better loot but higher risk. You will encounter lava which if you burn in it you will lose all of ur loot and exp which will burn in the lava so always carry a water bucket to cover the lava.
Once you cover the lava in water you will lose the water in the bucket but you will obtain a new material obsidian which you can mine with a diamond pickaxe and get it if you arrange it in a 4x5 square formation if you want you can cut the corners out of the portal you can save obsidian. Then light he middle and you can go into the nether, but be careful there of plenty of dangerous mobs and they will almost instantly kill you if u aren't prepared.
Most ores need to be mined by an iron pick.
If you use ur shield against creeper attacks you wont be blown back or take damage.
Once you gate obsidian diamonds and books you can craft a enchantment table.using lapis lazuli found in caves you can enchant your armor with special powers that help defend you against fire,explosions, normal damage, and helping you stay I der water for extended time. For swords you can make them do more damage, set mobs ablaze, or make the knockback stronger. Or make pickaxes last longer,pick up blocks better ,or make them more efficient.
Finally endearment are tall and black creatures that attack if you look into their eyes to efficiently kill them you need to hop into water (because they dont like water) you can fight them from the water. They can teleport around and hit you for a lot damage. Once you kill them they will drop ender eyes and you can use them to teleport or make eyes of ender to go to the end. DO NOT USE ARROWS TO FIGHT ENDERMEN.

Crouching makes you not fall of ledges unless you’re hit by an enemy (Hold crouch)
Shields block Creeper Explosion
Grey creature in cave is a Silverfish. They spawn from breaking ‘infested’ stone (I can’t tell the difference between infested and normal so good luck)
The Village guardians are called iron golems (⚠️DO NOT HIT THEM OR VILLAGERS. DONT. ⚠️)
Trading will level up villagers (higher lvl = better trades)
Villagers will be attacked by zombies and will turn into zombie villagers
You can steal from villages you’ll be fine
Each Villager has a specific role and sells different thing according to their profession (I.e. Farmer sells plants and crops, leather worker sells thing made from leather. Pretty self explanatory)

1.) I would have told you some things on how to play before, but I wasn't here.
2.) I would have only told you some things I expected you to come across in the next episode. Not things I didn't expect, such as the Nether Portal.
Huh? What's that? The Nether Portal? Oh, okay. I'll tell you about it?
So....
*_~Fighting:_*
-DO NOT pick a fight with any of the Iron Golems (Village Guardian). (They are literally tall, walking buff creatures with *muscles* made of *iron* !)
-Illagers are those grey villagers you saw that attacked you. If you kill the captain, (the one with the banner/flag) then you will get this thing called _the_ *Omen Effect* , where while the Omen effect is active, whenever you go near a village, a thing called a *Raid* will start.
- Raids. A raid is multiple waves of Illagers, along with their cohorts. It's cohorts are other things like *Witches* who throw and drink potions, Illagers, -Saibamen- , *Evoklers* who use magic to attack with both short and *SCARY* long-distance attacks, and summon *Vex* which is a small ghostly (but not scary) warrior that always wields an iron sword, and can fly and phase through all blocks. They become *red* when they attack, and *Vindicators* , which are basically fast psycho Stone Ax-wielding men from a horror movie. (I believe *Illusioners* who could basically do *Shadow Clone Jutsu* and wear blue were *Removed from the spawn list* ), and *THE GREAT BEAST* .
- *THE GREAT BEAST* is this giant thing that walks on all four legs, has a giant head and horns, roars. sounds weird, extends its neck, is fast, and can be ridden by Illagers. It can occasionally *ONE-SHOT* you. Even though it can *ONE-SHOT* you, it is no match for the *Iron Golem* , which can take on 3 - 4 *GREAT BEASTS* and be fine. The *GREAT BEAST* is called a *Ravager* .
- *W A R N I N G ! !* If you let a *Ravager* hit your shield, it will get a slowness effect, and blast you far away with its roar. If you get on a Llama that is in a boat that is *5 blocks off the ground* when it roars at you from hitting your shield, you can travel an *INFINITE DISTANCE* (i believe) and use that to your advantage as travel.

-You can make a boat, and put 1 other animal, or mob, or person in there with you.
-You can ma this thing called the *NETHER PORTAL* with *OBSIDIAN* which is *OP!*
-You can make the *Nether Portal* like this...

💜 = Portal (Stand in it and things will get wobbly as you are being teleported. Just Listen to that quire.)
But, you might wanna grab your cross for this one.... There is Lava *EVERYWHERE* , and NO DEFINITE GROUND! There are also tons of creatures that I will tell you about in the *CREATURES* section.
-*END PORTAL!* By killing ENDERMAN, you can get ENDER PEARLS, which wheen you throw them can TELEPORT YOU to where they land. BUT! If you mix the one ENDER PEARL with one BLAZE ROD and make something called the *ENDER EYE!* The *ENDER EYE* when thrown can point you in the way of the *END PORTAL!* Which is *Underground!* So *keep throwing* that 1 ender eye until it stops pointing you in a direction. You throw it like you would throw an egg. Once you reach the *END PORTAL* , place the *EYES OF ENDER* in the little empty places of the *END PORTAL FRAME*. A *BLACK PORTAL* will then *Open up!*

There is lava beneath the portal, so watch out! And make sure the small, weak, but fast *SILVERFISH* don't push you in the lava. Or into the *END PORTAL* when you're not ready to.
-You can find *UNDERWATER MONUMENTS* that contain blue and orange fish that look like Naval mines and can do the *SPECIAL BEAM CANNON!* There is also a boss you can find. And some gold blocks (blocks of gold) you can find in the middle of the *OCEAN MONUMENT* . You can find more information on this *BOSS* in the *BOSSES* section at the bottom of this comment! 🙂
- Also, you can get Diamonds. The material tier goes like
Weapons: "Wood, Stone, Iron, -Gold- , Diamond, Netherite.".
Armor: '"Leather, Iron, -Gold- , Diamond, Netherite.".

*_~Animals:_*
-If you right-click a sheep with dye (made from flowers) in your hand, the sheep's wool will turn that color.
-You can tame a wolf, by giving it bones, (right-clicking) then you can make it sit, stand, and it will attack skeletons like a boss, including anything else that attacks you, or you attack. EXCEPT CREEPERS!!.
-If you right-click a dog with dye, (made from flowers) in your hand, the dogs' color will change color.
-If you right-click an Ocelot (that cheetah looking thing), or a cat with raw fish, (caught by fishing with a fishing rod, or killing the salmon straight up) in your hand, the cat will be tamed. *Cats can also scare away the creepers.*
-Parrots dance when you play music from a jukebox.
-Llamas spit.
-You can tame Llamas and ride them and put 2 chests on them and store stuff in those chests and create a conga line of Llamas to follow the one you're riding.
-Cows' milk will remove any and all effects you have on you. Both good, and bad.
-You can ride pigs.

*_~BOSSES!!:_*
1.) Ocean Monument Boss!
You like deep underwater bosses? Good!
Large pale one-eyed fish who looks like a Naval mine, that can hit you with the *SPECIAL BEAM CANNON* . It can also make you slow at mining (fatigue).

2.) Ender Dragon!
In a floating world filled with Enderman, where the abyss/void will wither you away... Lives the *ENDER DRAGON* . A HUGE black dragon with purple eyes that sucks energy from any *END CRYSTAL* to heal itself. It can spit purple harmful smoke, and can hit you hard and push you very high. Not to mention spit purple fireballs at you like a Ghast.
3.) The Wither!

Imagine if *Broly* was a big black flying ribcage with 3 heads. Shooting ki blast explosions at every living thing. Including the blocks around it.
Each of its 3 heads shoots an exploding version of its head at anything and everything. And can also shoot in multiple directions. It even has *2 PHASES* , and is *STRONGER THAN THE ENDER DRAGON!!* Each head can shoot and aim at an indented direction.

⬛ = Soul Sand (That brown sand that looks like it has tiny faces in it that you can find in the *Nether* .).
