The last time during my era KFC chicken aroma smell n taste were marvelous , the year 2000 onwards KFC chicken taste n aroma smell has gone down the drain , until today i dont eat KFC chicken coz its not the same as those time . Murasoo, you are absolutely right! Boiling hot food should never be placed in plastic containers, let alone transported in sealed ones! Excessive and prolonged heat exposure are likely to promote breakdown with chemicals leaching from the plastic into the food. In these situations, food grade stainless steel should be used. Please check food handling regulations and HACCP.
