IMPORTANT INFO ON WHY I CHOSE THIS CONTEST! So please read before telling me why it’s not the best lol! You may not be wrong but hear me out! I did check all contests but this is why this one got the full testing.... So first off, everyone has drowned lands, not everyone has mountain river for “to the top and back”, or white valley for “weather forecast” (which appear to be the only others that are in the same ball park for money vs time) Secondly, people are saying the other 2 contests with a TUZ, not everyone has a TUZ, (or other end game trucks) and it’s on Zimnegorsk so you cant get it just like that! It’s an end game vehicle really! Whereas the Tayga and the white western star are much easier to get early on! Tayga is on Drowned lands too! Thirdly, it’s all good saying when you start at “to the top and back”, but you’re cutting out the 10 minute drive there with a relatively slow TUZ to actually start, so I’m $10k+ ahead and counting before you’ve even set up, and you may need to take a fuel trailer if you want to repeat it for a relatively long time! That’s now $6000 odd down before you start which some people may not have! That’s also another 5 odd minutes after you’ve done to take the trailer back to the nearest store to cash it in for your money back! Whereas I can stop this and instantly get back to what I want! Fourthly, if you roll on mountain river , you either have to drive another vehicle from northport (at least 5 minutes if it’s quicker than the TUZ) to flip yourself! Or you have to recover the TUZ to north port and drive back! As for the weather forecast one you can spawn at the white valley garage but it’s still a 4 minute odd drive to the mission (so I’m 5k up), I’m on my mission the second I leave the garage! The trailer on that mission could also roll and you may have to flip it, you could also roll and have to get another vehicle or recover and drive back each time! Recovery on my contest will cost you a max of 4 minutes or less depending on how far in you roll! And again you’d need to take a fuel trailer to the weather one if you want to carry on for a while and again have to take it back to get your money back (or do at least 1 more mission to cover the cost of just leaving it there) And lastly it doesn’t matter if I smash my truck up along the way, I recover each time meaning fuel and repair points is never a problem! Whereas unless you bring repair addons or repair trailers, will become a problem, maybe not for a few goes but who’s going to drive to mountain river for a few goes? So in conclusion, I can always start straight away and as soon as drowned lands is loaded I’m officially making $5,600 every 4 minutes! I don’t need a 10 minute set up before I start officially! The drowned lands garage you can start instantly and I’ve factored that in to my way which the other contests don’t or can’t as they’re too far away from a garage! People are saying about 1:30 for the to the top and back mission, for $2,650! When you add up turning around to start again it soon creeps to more like 1:40 which is now almost as long for less money and again with all the other risks I mentioned like rolling and fuel! I can do this contest in more like every 3:40 if that but I rounded up to 4 minutes so it doesn’t have to be record breaking lap times to stay on pace So whether you have 10 minutes spare or 2 hours, you can get doing my way straight away, repeatedly, forever! The weather forecast one makes $1,350 more than this contest so if you can complete it in about 5 minutes then it’s about the same speed money wise, however again if you roll or the trailer does then that’s more time loss than this way plus I’ll be $5k ahead before you’ve even got to that contest But if that still doesn’t convince you then by all means choose which one you prefer and go nuts with it lol you certainly aren’t going to offend me by not doing this way, I’m just trying to help not demand it be this way lol! and for some people with the right vehicles, it might be worth the set up effort with the others if you’re going to do it for hours and you’re confident you won’t roll etc! (To be fair the TUZ is hard to roll but still possible) So for most people who just want some quick cash! You start straight away, rolling will cost you 1-4 minutes max, and fuel and repairs are basically irrelevant (If you smash your truck up to an un-drivable condition in less than 2:52 from brand new then 1, well done I’m proud of you 👍🏻, and 2, calm the fuck down lol)
Hi, I'm another fellow snowrunner youtuber here. I love your content, Can you contact me on facebook, insta or on my email (about section of my channel) I would have contacted you myself but couldn't find any contact details on your channel.
SD1ONE wow holy crap hey man I definitely know who you are dude you’re like Mudrunner/Snowrunner royalty lol! (And GTA 5 actually) Love your channel man the comparison videos are life savers for weeding out the good from the bad! Like the long nose Kolob did way better than the other one! Surprised me how much better overall! I appreciate it dude I’m glad you’re enjoying my videos 👍🏻! Yeah no problem dude I’ll send you an email later if that’s ok? (Can’t remember my password etc lol I’ve got it somewhere I’ll get it sorted later and contact you via that) 👍🏻
Thanks man I appreciate it and I’m glad you’re enjoying the videos 👍🏻! I genuinely spent about 50 hours testing every fast truck that can carry a cargo container and these were the top trucks! All others either roll too often to reliably make money fast, or they were good, just not as good as this selection!
Ltgaigley haha yeah I removed about 40 odd crates too lol! The bit next to the bridge was a sea of crates at one point! I needed to be sure though lol! Thanks man I appreciate it 👍🏻!
It’s fair to say I tested this very thoroughly lol 😂! About 150 runs later (half maybe made it) I know which trucks roll and which don’t lol! DO NOT.... take the ANK! I swear that alone is responsible for all the early containers and I removed about 30 of those too lol!
This is the quickest way I’ve found that you can do again and again! Some contests you may be able to make a tad more and possibly even in slightly less time, but with this you recover each time as part of it so you’re refuelled and repaired with no extra time etc so over the space of an hour and so on I don’t think there’s a quicker money maker! Hope it helps anyway 👍🏻
Yeah this one is the most convenient but if u set up the tuz in alaska for the weather one that goes the service trailer its double the rewards and u can do it around 10 times off a full tank and fuel on roof
Sam Parnell yeah I get what you’re saying but that’s what I said that there might be quicker options but they’re not repeatable forever, and you’d have to drive the trailer back, you’ll run out of fuel at some point and need repairs too, this sorts fuel and repairs into it each time! But if you think it makes more then try it dude it doesn’t sound bad! But 1 roll and you’re done, recover across map and head back so over all this is the best repeatable fail safe fast money maker that makes sense
I found this a few days ago just before people started making videos about it just beat The RUclipsrs to this strategy. Helped me unlock chains for so many vehicles.
This is a good tip. I'm gonna remember this next time I warm up the PS4 console gaming multi-media consumption, connectivity and communications machine.
Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the custom tires on the Tayga are the best for mud, due to their ultra thickness -for her pleasure- . I'm loving your vids, especially the subtle comedy. Keep it up!
I have no doubt you’re right dude! If I’m honest because it scrolls so slowly down the tyre list on PS4, I just stick 1 set on, usually mud or chained and that’s it I’ll hack it for life haha! But if I wasn’t being a lazy sod then I’m sure there’s better tyres for each situation 👍🏻! Thanks man I’m glad you’re enjoying the videos too!
It’s Mr Lone Wolf hahah yeah I know what you mean. Give them a try when you get a chance. Looking at the truck from the front at bumper level, there’s more tire than empty space underneath. IMO it just looks badass.
CokaCola yeah I will actually do it later, I think I know the ones you mean and they do look like they mean business! Exactly more tyre than space is what it needs lol!
How you play the game? Finish a map and go to the next or driving just to get what you want and then the next vehicle? Cause I am sometimes at a point where I need new stuff, but haven't the trucks or the equipment to get those
To be honest dude I’m all over the place lol! I did black river, then Alaska for a bit, then Michigan some more, then russia for a bit! It can get a bit like that sometimes that you need more trucks or money etc, if you’re stuck on a map just go back to another! Overall Michigan is fairly easy maps! Maybe not the last 2 so much, but there’s this event for money or it depends which truck you want but there’s guides on RUclips for every truck you can find for free! Hope this helps 👍🏻
I find best overall with all maps without changing it ever, but mud tyres are better on mud, this example get mud if you can but chains aren’t far behind so choose what you like the most lol either way isn’t going to make the world of difference, mud or chained on everything you can and they’re all plenty capable 👍🏻
If you can't put mud tyres on then the next best tyres for mud are off-road all but 1 of them are better in mud than chain tyres according to this Reddit post www.reddit.com/r/snowrunner/comments/gfap16/i_wondered_about_the_differences_between_the_tire/
D4n6er0u5 ahhh thanks man I think you told me about this the other day 👍🏻! I couldn’t find it lol! To be honest it scrolls through tyres so slow on PS4 that I just stick chained or mud on and that’s it I’ll take it everywhere like that lol! But I will check this out and try it sometime! Thanks man 👍🏻
Hahaha I know I’ve seen you rich bastards with your $1 mods too haha life must be bloody great on PC 😂! That’s why it’s called consoling someone, they’re sad they don’t have PC infinite money lol!
@@itsmrlonewolf It is boring though. I never mod anything that makes progress faster. Actually I would love a hardcore difficulty(No recovery, fuel costing money, harder terrain) in Snowrunner...
Niccolo Zaza yeah personally I do agree! I love the challenge of a game and want to complete my first run through the hard way! That said though eventually it’s nice to have cheats and other things to mess around with! But yeah I didn’t use any money glitches or anything and don’t want to! To be honest even though there’s no hard difficulty, you could make your own rule to have no recovery and stuff, I don’t think to be honest that fuel costing money would even make a difference, it might at the very start but that’s it really! And I like to see nice round numbers lol, xxxxand 17 dollars would drive me mad lol! As for harder terrain I guess you could again make yourself take harder routes or ban yourself from chained and mud tyres and just use the off road or something, it doesn’t literally make the terrain harder but it effectively will with each truck
Going to do this today. Thanks for the video. Looks like a good contest to test vehicles for sure. Always informative videos sir. Update today folks !! I am at 85% download. Eastern time update started at 9 am. Peace all..til the winches come out.
No worries dude 👍🏻! Yeah I did for a while but thankfully you can do them again and again so good money boost and xp boost! About 8,100xp and $84,000 an hour this way!
So far the best truck I've found so far is the Caterpillar CT680.. I bought it and upgraded it and I don't even use the Tayga anymore. I'd love if you can make a review video for it.. Love your content btw
Can you put a small crane + bed on that truck and still be able to pull rear hitch trailers? Not enough trucks in this game can do this. Tayga can't even have crane + bed.
Tim McElroy it’s definitely a very good truck that is! I tried it for this test and it made it in around 3:30 I believe, everything with diffs always on did best here but when I’ve got enough money I’m going to get that Cat C680 back because it had loads of power and speed which is my kind of truck lol 👍🏻! The tayga for hardcore off roading is hard to beat though! As for a review dude I will be doing one for sure, it may be a little ways away as I just want to do the findable stuff first, but then I’ll be doing reviews of all (or the good stuff at least) the truck store trucks, and this will probably be one of the first! Thanks dude I’m glad you’re enjoying the videos 👍🏻
Mark Miko not sure dude off the top of my head but you can go to truck store and preview the truck, and look through all attachments and upgrades without buying it or anything so you can see if it does 👍🏻
@@itsmrlonewolf Bought it and tested it, can have crane and bed, but cannot attach trailers with crane and bed combo. Bummer. What other trucks can accept trailers with this combo? The only one I know of is the Fleetstar F2070A.
Mark Miko yeah I think most trucks can’t have a crane and flatbed and still tow trailers although you could winch them and do it that way! I’m not sure to be honest dude, I’m surprised the fleetstar can, you can have a crane and saddle on most things though so there’s that or the winching a 4 slot trailer method
Really like your video, not screaming every 5 second like others. Anyway maybe you should check the heavy duty CAT truck, looks like it's pretty underrated
Thanks man I’m glad you’re enjoying the videos 👍🏻! I honestly tried it for this test and it actually did pretty well, about 3:30 was my time! It’s very powerful and fast but without diffs always on there’s a few bits it goes slower hence the extra 30 seconds, but I’m going to buy it back soon as I loved it 👍🏻!
"To The Top And Back" in Mountain River Alaska next to one of the warehouses can be run every 1:20-1:40 for $2650 with the TUZ, maybe even faster if you just reverse back down the hill instead of turning around. The mission ends at the starting point all you have to do is turn the TUZ around and start again. Leave a fuel trailer at the start point and you're set, fuel station is nearby and the TUZ takes no damage doing this and should take around 20L of fuel per run. Fastest money method by far. It takes you more time just to get one of those containers for your method. The only thing annoying about To The Top And Back is that it is required to be done at night. But it's still very easy.
Yeah I weighed up the options dude and I still think this contest is better for lots of reasons! Everyone has drowned lands, not everyone has a TUZ or mountain river, the Tayga is a lot more gettable too or the white western star does fine, it’ll take a good 8 minutes to drive from north port just to start to the top and back, whereas this contest and my every 4 minutes thing, starts the second you leave the garage, so I’ve made over $10k before you even get there! If you roll then you’ll have to recover to north port or bring something to roll you back, you also have to buy and bring a fuel trailer to the start, and take it back after to get your money back or do enough goes for free so to speak to cover the cost of the trailer! This contest there’s no messing around to set up, no trailers, rolling will cost you 1-4 minutes max, fuel and repair points are irrelevant, and it’s very repeatable! Lol nah it takes about 40 seconds to get a container, I just rounded up for this video so it’s not based off record laps and is achievable for everyone! I could actually do this in more like every 3:30 at a push! I don’t think to the top and back is a faster money maker! Say 1:30 each time, for $2,650, so every 2 goes you get $5,300 every 3 minutes, this way gets $5,600 every 3 minutes! Factor in the time to drive there and the fuel etc and turning around each time and I’ll factor in getting the container and yeah I bet if we both started now, from the closest garage, I’d have more money after an hour, and 2, and so on! It sounds better hypothetically in a perfect case scenario, but in practice where you can actually roll and damage vehicles and have to drive there etc which people will have to as you can’t just spawn there then I think this contest is the best to be honest! If there was a garage right outside to the top and back then yeah I think it would win! But by all means dude if you feel it’s better then don’t listen to me just do what you prefer and enjoy and with the right vehicles and set up effort you might be better off averaged out over hours, but I’d say my way is a lot more accessible to most people vs needing an end game TUZ for a start with your way and so on! And I actually think it is quicker regardless! Either way though they’re both quick money 👍🏻
@@itsmrlonewolf If you are playing the game propery you should be scouting ahead and you will be getting the TUZ long before the game is over. If you only get it at the very end, well that's your fault for playing the game wrong. I have yet to roll the tuz on to the top and back or even take any damage, if it rolls I have autonomous winch so that gripe really doesn't matter. Yes I will agree that the setup time takes a few minutes, just think about how much time you waste going to get that cargo container EVERY TIME though, 40 seconds that you have to tack on every time adds up to a lot more than the setup time required for to the top and back. And lets not even start with the risk factor for your method. The evidence strewn about your path with rolled over containers is proof enough. You have rolled over countless times doing that run, how much time did you burn on all those failed runs? I haven't rolled a single time on to the top and back, not a damn time. If you roll the TUZ on that mission you should probably play something else.
Mark Miko well it’s an open world game, some people will go their sooner and some later, however it’s on Zimnegorsk and to unlock that map you have to do missions in drowned lands and quarry, both of which will be a struggle at best with early game trucks, so no one is going to have the TUZ early game, when people often want money, they’ve made it that way! There is no wrong way to play, it’s open world like I said so what order people do stuff in is their choice, there is no wrong order! Ok dude but I’ve tested to the top and back, with a TUZ just like you say, and although it’s hard to roll, it’s certainly not impossible, you can catch a wheel on a tree and flip it (in my tuz gameplay vid and I was driving on flat level ground so it’s possible)! Or on the top rocks and flip it! I also got some damage here and there driving over the exact same bits I didn’t get damage before, not much but it could mount up if you’re repeating it which is my point! Winching it over still takes time but that’s fine because it’s irrelevant anyway, although the $18k odd autonomous winch isn’t irrelevant! It’s a money maker not a money drainer! You’re 24k down in equipment and trailers before you even start! The set up time takes more than a few minutes! It takes about 8 minutes to drive there (so I’m 11k up) and if you want a fuel trailer too then you have to get another vehicle from the garage to get the trailer as you can’t with a TUZ, but it would be worth bringing that vehicle too as you can’t take the trailer back with the TUZ either meaning even more time and effort before you even start, plus even more again to be able to sell it back! $6k is a lot to some people mid game! So is an 18k odd winch! I’m not wasting time getting the container, I factored that in, that’s part of the repeatability I mentioned! With to the top and back you have to turn around each time which adds an extra 10-15 seconds which soon adds up too, especially on such a short event! That’s 2 lots of turning around per my 1 container so about 30 seconds vs 40! But I make time up on the event! But anyway here’s some other problems with to the top and back, the first 5 odd times going up and down aren’t so bad, after that you’ve chewed the ground up enough that it starts to slow you down each time, so by go 10 it’s more like 1:40 plus turning around is more like 1:55 so 3:50 per 2 goes! For that you get $5,300 whereas I get $5,600 and I could do it every 3:50 easily and less but either way call it 4 minutes, $300 extra for 10 seconds is better! Then there’s the xp! You get 150xp per mountain contest, so 2 goes you get 300xp, I get 540xp per go so I’m almost doubling the amount of xp you can get! At 15 goes an hour for me that’s 3600 more xp than you per hour! And you can only do about 15 goes with the tuz fuel, another 7.5 so say 8 with the spare fuel, so 24 goes rounded up and you’d need more fuel, my way never runs out of fuel! As for the containers strewn everywhere to be honest you’re just clutching at straws now! I tested every vehicle to find out the best answer for this video! Hence the truck recommendations! If you’re going to factor them in that have no relevance then how about I factor in how quick the Kahn loaf would do to the top and back so now we’ll call each run about 5-10 minutes yeah? Because you have to factor in all the other tests with other vehicles right, even though they have no relevance on what ends up being the best vehicle for each contest! But that’s what you’re doing for me! You’re creating this perfect case scenario for yourself and your contest, and this worst case scenario for mine to make yours sound better! I’ve done to the top and back, I was getting 1:21 at first so right on schedule! 5-10 in I’m getting 1:35-1:40 because the ground is so chewed up! I made $33k in 40 minutes including the drive there which like I keep saying, is real life, not everyone just spawns at to the top and back! So in real life when someone clicks on my video and loads drowned lands, they’re starting! With your way they have to load northport or white valley and drive there which takes real actual time! And 33k in 40 minutes is shit! (Ran out of fuel after about 24 odd goes) That’s 48k-50k an hour! My way gets 84k per hour (more but I’m lowballing at 4 minutes a go so it’s achievable for everyone) and like I said a load more xp too! Now add on the at least 5 minutes to take the trailer back in which time I’d have got another $5.6k and 540xp and counting and yeah to the top and back is not the best way dude! Make a video and prove me wrong if you like if you really think it’s quicker and can show it’s quicker REPEATABLY not just best case scenario technically if you don’t factor in all the real world things that everyone else has to factor in! I could make a video showing you 10 reasons you’re wrong! The long rock near the top with a tree stump just below it sometimes stops your TUZ from turning in time and you catch the tree, I have it on video, same full lock, same acceleration, sometimes it hits, sometimes it doesn’t! Being in the dark isn’t as fun but I don’t really care about that, it’s just not as good! 1 hour from now I’d have more money than you! I’ve tested them both plenty and it’s not as good! There’s more risk than mine too as recovery costs 1-4 minutes on mine, not a map recovery or winching yourself back over with an expensive winch! Not to mention that 2:10 is pretty easy to not make if you did roll or get stuck behind a tree stump, at which point you now get less money and less xp! My way it’s under 8 minutes for gold, I’ve got enough spare time to almost do it twice more, not 40 seconds between a good gold time and silver! I could keep going dude, it’s just not as good!
@@itsmrlonewolf The main problem is, I'm the type who fully clears an area before even sending scouts into the next, and I never have any money problems because I always fully clean up the map from any tasks, contests, or trailers (but not all the contracts as they might require cargo or trailer from other sections of the region), and just by selling all of the trailers is usually 15k money, and this deployment method really only need 3 or 4 trucks handling different tasks as you're deployed close and concentrated. It is the ones who want to deploy trucks and trailers all over the place that have issue with money, and those type of players usually have TUZ and Zimnegorsk aviliable to them. Also your containers on the floor is killing me inside, I always clean everything up. I do container delivery for fun though, and driving TUZ up and down a mountain again and again just ain't that fun for me, and even when I'm not short on money I'll just do a quick container delivery run, good for those "I don't have much time but I want to play snowrunner" times. Edit: you gonna make an update on Voron when the raised suspension is added?
Hans Wang yeah I played a lot more like your style dude through a good chunk of my playthrough! Nice and tidy and systematic lol 👍🏻! I get what you’re saying with money dude, but hypothetically you could go and blow it all in the shop now and be broke haha that’s what I do! But had I not been such a keen shopper then I could have always had a nice nest egg for any costs so I agree with what you’re saying! Yeah for a few players maybe this won’t be the fastest money maker, I honestly don’t believe to the top and back holds up to this, even if it wasn’t at night and repetitive! But I tried it and it just makes less per hour and takes too long to get there and set up! Weather station though if you’re going for a very long money farming session then it may overtake this eventually! And the xp on the weather one is better! That’s another reason to the top and back isn’t as good, the xp is 150 per go, this container run is 540xp so over and hour it’s thousands in xp alone! Yeah exactly as you say dude, if you’ve got say 15 minutes and you want to make some quick cash, I don’t think anything beats this as it’s just as soon as you’ve loaded the map you’re going! And with time I’ve got it down to about 3:30 per run but I said 4 minutes just so it’s about right for those who haven’t had 200 goes at it lol! Yeah I certainly will dude, I want to review the Vorons anyway, just been getting findable trucks out the way but yeah I’ll make sure I do those and I’ll test it with raised on this course and I’ll add it to the review if it’s better and now the best truck for this 👍🏻
Haha yeah we all need that quick cash boost from time to time lol 👍🏻! Yeah go for it dude let me know if you do beat my time lol! I definitely think 2:52 is beatable! I think 2:40 is possible maybe, but it would have to be a pretty flawless/lucky run! Yeah I don’t use the TUZ a lot these days as it’s bloody good off road but it’s so slow compared to high range gearbox trucks lol!
Oh is it, I’ve not tried it but I’ve seen vids pop up about it! Yeah it’s good for xp too! I’m not sure I don’t think so, that weather forecast contest in white valley is about 1000xp per time and would work out quicker per 1000xp than doing this twice etc! The money works out similar as well although I think this is still ahead slightly, but also if you roll on the weather one then you have to recover to the other side of the map etc! This one is definitely the safest to just rinse and repeat, no fuel or repairs etc as you just recover each time! No worries dude 👍🏻
I love playing multiplayer... that 1 time when every single one of the host kicks me out and i leave my voron grad or tuz tatarin on the side of the road i get a duplicate for every single vehicle left outside on my next session, and i just sell them, sadly it hasnt happened that often, i only have 800,000 dollas
Haha I’ve seen videos pop up on here about duplication glitches but I’ve not used them myself and trust me I’m not judging lol you enjoy your game any way you want, but some people don’t want to risk it so I thought I’d post this video! Haha that’s crazy though, oh only 800k haha it sounds like a hard life 😂! I believe there’s a way to do the glitch yourself using online by yourself but I don’t know all the details but you can get duplicating more if the need arises 👍🏻
Yeah I like it as well dude, I wish it was the same for missions although apparently they are going add some kind of way to reset missions but keep all your stuff which will be cool! This is one of my favourite contests too, love racing my trucks lol! Great xp too on this although I think the weather one on white valley is better for xp! This is probably second though! Yeah exactly and you can try and beat old times etc, it’s a really fun game overall to be fair! They did well with this!
@@itsmrlonewolf I couldn't agree more. I haven't even touched Mudrunner since this released. The three contests that make up my normal farming run are, Food Delivery, Weather Forecast, and this one. By the time I get bored with one I move on. Well once I'm bored with all three I've got a whole day of gaming in and 100k+.
I really liked it to be honest dude, that’s the green one isn’t it, (to be honest all 3 a good) yeah well when doing these tests it clocked in at around 3:26 I believe which isn’t bad by any means and maybe I could shave a bit of time off that! But for every day general mission things and so on it’s a very capable truck 👍🏻! Any way this might help, all 3 are really good ok, however the Grad doesn’t have diffs always on, the other 2 do! The Voron D you mean has slightly less power to weight, and a custom gearbox which is pretty decent to be fair, just not quite as quick as a high range box! And the Voron AE has high power to weight and diffs, but the devs forgot to put it’s raised suspension on the map so it’s currently stuck with stock only meaning you can only put the small tyres on! However a big update is coming on the 9th apparently so they may sort that problem then 👍🏻
It’s Mr Lone Wolf of the 3 voron, I Found the d had the quicker steering & combined with 50 inch mud tyres and the s+ engine, it outclassed my previous favourite, the cat680, which is limited by 47 inch tyres. The grad didn’t impress me like the d does. It’s also a looks thing I guess...thanks very much for your reply!
Frank The tank yeah exactly dude I really liked the Voron D! Only sold it as I was testing a specific contest and couldn’t afford everything sadly lol! But I’ll buy all of them back! That Voron D in real life is a pretty rare truck so it says so most are show room condition in real life! Yeah I do like that ct680 a lot but I reckon a Voron would walk all over it on the tougher maps! I definitely think you’ve found a good truck 👍🏻! Eventually I’ll get round to doing a review on them all! Nah I wouldn’t say the grad was my favourite either! I liked the turbo whoosh noise though lol! That’s fine dude no worries 👍🏻 thanks for the views lol!
Even after reading the description I still think the top and back is the better option lol. The Tuz was an easy acquisition. Anyone should be able to get to it with pretty minor work and time and in the end it will save you lots of time over the span of your game the sooner you get it.
That’s fair enough dude lol if you prefer that then enjoy your game your way 👍🏻! There is other reasons though, after chewing the ground up after 5-10 goes, it slows you down, you can accumulate damage over time, you can only do about 24ish goes in the TUZ before you’d need to go and get fuel or have brought a trailer with you etc! I genuinely tested both and I made around 50k an hour on to the top and back, I made about 84k an hour on this (actually more like 100k but I rounded up to 4 minutes so it’s within everyone’s reach not just someone who’s done it 200 odd times)! But the other reason that might make you change your mind, is the xp on this contest is 540xp per go! You can do 2 goes on to the top and back per my 1 go, and you’ll get $2,650 and 150xp so $5,300 and 300xp in about the time it takes me to get $5,600 and 540xp! Over 1 hour that’s 3600 more xp alone!! To the top and back is about the third best! Objectively speaking! And the weather forecast one on white valley is in my opinion, second best for money including set up time etc, but best for xp at 1040xp per go! And yeah objectively and personally I believe this is the best! No start up time, can go forever! Great money and xp! Available to everyone, no end game trucks etc etc! But again dude you play the way that makes you happy man 👍🏻 you’re not going to offend me by doing your own things, it’s your game, enjoy it!
I can certainly add it to the list dude lol 👍🏻! But if I’m honest I’ve not even tried that yet and it would take me a long time to test all the vehicles etc so i won’t be able to make it in the next couple of days etc as there’s all sorts I’m still trying to get through but I’ll definitely get round to it when I can and see what works the best etc! By the way have you tried that weather forecast contest in white valley? That’s about 1040xp and someone said they could do it in around 4 minutes! I’ve not properly tested it and it will add some time taking the trailer back to restart etc but say 5 minutes then, but I think that’s the best single xp earner on the game! And it’s repeatable! To be fair that cement thing doesn’t sound far off at all though! Makes sense too as it’s basically the hardest map lol! Do you have to travel to quarry or anything for that? I’m sure it tells me to do something like that which is why I left it for so long!
Might try this, I've reached the point where I've been pretty much been only doing watchtowers and upgrades so I've got a lot less cash than things I want to buy. I guess I could start playing the game properly but where's the fun in that hah
Arkanoid McZombietron lol trust me give this a blast for an hour and you’ll have better cash flow! Then do the missions when you’ve got your toys and so on lol
@@itsmrlonewolf That was kinda my gameplay strategy anyhow, so I'll give it a go. Like you point out in the video you can spend 30mins - 2 hours doing a single mission so an hour of this isn't so bad. I've just unlocked the Tayga, and I see what you mean about it being a bit of a beast. As much as I like American trucks, I do favour the Russian ones in this game, they seem to have a better selection that come with permanent all wheel drive and locked diffs.
Arkanoid McZombietron yeah I basically did the same as you dude and kept being broke all the time lol! Exactly, if you just rinse and repeat for an hour you can do it about 15 times which is $84,000 an hour plus like 8,100 xp so it can level you up pretty quick as well! You’ve got the perfect truck then too lol! I love the American trucks too but the Russians do know how to make a bloody good off roader lol! A Russian once told me that the reason is because U.K. and US etc do have rough terrain in parts but also roads practically everywhere, in Russia it’s so big but sparsely populated that it’s not cost effective to build roads everywhere, instead it’s cheaper to just build trucks and cars that don’t need roads lol! It actually made perfect sense lol! Hence why they’re very good at the rough stuff! American trucks do it with more style, but the Russian trucks just get it done!
@@itsmrlonewolf oh yeah I never thought about it like that haha, makes total sense, it's the adapt and overcome mentality I guess. Yeah, I think the Russians know about offroading in general more than Americans, at least that's my perception, the Russian trucks also have a more industrial vibe to their aesthetic which I prefer. But I definitely prefer American cars to Russian ones, though they have their charms too. I might grab a beer and grind some xp and cash later then. Although I did crash a truck taking a sip of coffee last time I played so not sure if that's wise.
@@itsmrlonewolf well, I did my first one and it took me over 5 minutes, but I didn't plot my route and just did it from memory, so lost about a minute going the wrong way and 20 seconds getting stuck in a tree right outside the destination lol. I also only have the standard gearbox, so that was really hampering my progress even with the best engine.
I predicted the rise of Pewdiepie(Altho I do not watch his content) and the radBrad(Don't watch his stuff either) and a bunch of other channels over the years. I'll just watch a video or two of theirs and get this feeling about them even if I personally don't care for their content.
I know dude it’s insane! You really can pick them lol I genuinely would be over the moon right now if I was on 250! It took me a year and a half to get to 193 lol! You should definitely do the lottery or something haha! I’ve been meaning to say thanks for 250 subs for example but its been going so quick it’s hard to pick which number to select lol! I may do a 1k thank you vid or something because it’s been awesome and everyone’s been really cool too!
Del yeah that’s crazy man, I don’t really watch that pewdiepie either but I know he’s massive now! It’s crazy you seen him way back before everyone knew what he’d become! Over 100 million subs now I believe! Insane! Yeah you said you’d been online since 85 and clearly experience is everything lol! I didn’t even have my own internet until about 2011 lol!
Early in the game I don't seem to need money, which I can get a lot of by selling found trucks, as much as levels. I want to get to level 14 so I can get chained tires and all the other goodies. This lets me level up really quickly.
Instead of driving through the main gate you can go left and drive through the fence to get to the mission qicker. Saves the time it takes to drive around the building :)
I am able to get 3 minutes consistently on this with the Voron AE 4380, and I am able to get 4 minutes consistently with the apc on the Weather Forecast. I use this method for money, as it is by far the best. however, for xp i use the Weather Forecast, as it gives double the xp, yet only about 50% more money. use this for money, use weather forecast for xp
@@itsmrlonewolf nice! I did a contest in Smithville Dam by delivering 3 spare parts with the White Western Star and my best time was 2 mins and 48 seconds... Can you beat my time?🧐
Thanks for the info dude 👍🏻! What vehicle were you doing that in please? To be honest mate I did a quick test on that contest, and I tried a few trucks that felt slow, but in the end I went with this competition for a lot of reasons, I’ve posted a comment at the top for the main ones, but overall for making this video too, if it was that weather one and say it’s with a TUZ 420 or something, a lot of people don’t and won’t have that vehicle or map unlocked when they want some quick cash, I also didn’t really enjoy even attempting that mission whereas personally I really enjoyed racing my trucks along this mission! But particularly if you’re doing that other one in less than 4 minutes then yeah it does sound better and for some people nearer the end of the game it does sound like it may well be the better choice! But the other reasons were that the trailer can tip and slow you down, or if you roll yourself then it’s slower again or you have to recover to the garage and drive back etc! Whereas with this contest, the garage recovery as part of it takes away the fuel and damage problem and to a degree the time lost when rolling! Plus it’s on drowned lands so everyone can get to it! So overall I just feel like if someone wants to make the quickest money, clicks on RUclips and finds this, I honestly believe it’s the best method for a quick money boost as you can start straight away etc and is there and doable earlier in the game when money is more of an issue! So I don’t think this video is 100% on paper correct, I just think when you weigh up all the other factors that will apply to most people, and the amount of money they’ll probably want to make quick etc and the lack of set up time and so on, I think it’s the best option for money and still decent for XP but not as much as that weather mission, that’s got insane xp! But yeah for some people who’ve played more and have better trucks and have this map etc, in some situations like if they wanted to make say hundreds of thousands in one go then in the long run that weather one may be the better option and catch up to the instant accessibility of this one! But I also figured most people who have that level of trucks and game time probably won’t need this video as much lol! But again I appreciate the info dude 👍🏻! It’s definitely this missions rival in terms of the best! The to the top and back I don’t think is as good but the weather one could be with the right equipment etc!
@@itsmrlonewolf thanks for this detailed answer. You're a really good snowrunner RUclipsr probably the best. I don't know any other RUclipsr who cares about his community as strong as you do. Keep doing your great work
Jimmy no worries dude! And thanks man I appreciate you saying so 👍🏻, as long as people are enjoying the videos then it’s all good! And yeah they’re a good bunch of people that have showed up and without them I’d be talking to no one lol so I like to help back if and where I can! Thanks man I’ll try my best lol 👍🏻!
Haha that sounds much easier! Sadly us console players don’t get that luxury lol! That’s why it’s called consoling someone! When They’re sad they haven’t got a PC cheat engine
It’s Mr Lone Wolf that’s why I like pc. Assassins creed for example, they say is not ok to cheat the campaign but unsteady you can buy for 100€ ingame currency and consumables. Cheat engine on pc makes some campaign game more fun
xRAGINGxs7r0w A-Z yeah I can imagine PC is way better! Don’t get me wrong I love my PS4 and always loved consoles but the freedom on PC is in a different league! Yeah bollocks to what they say man they’re just trying to push microtransactions! One reason I respect this game is stuff like adding mods officially! Most companies would never do that as it’s possible future “DLC” they could make themselves and sell to you! I’m more than fine with everyone breaking every game the way they want and enjoy! I miss cheats and so on from the 90’s games! Only thing I don’t agree is when people hack online multiplayer games and cheat in cod for example! Not that arsed myself but some people only get an hour or so a week to play and it’s sad when it’s ruined! But single player and campaign etc I’d encourage it because you paid your money so enjoy it! Car companies don’t complain when you “mod” a car because they’ve already got their money! Exactly dude fun is the point of it so go nuts lol! I think all games should have to come with game breaking features once you complete it or whatever to really see what the limits of the game and your imagination are!
IMPORTANT INFO ON WHY I CHOSE THIS CONTEST! So please read before telling me why it’s not the best lol! You may not be wrong but hear me out! I did check all contests but this is why this one got the full testing....
So first off, everyone has drowned lands, not everyone has mountain river for “to the top and back”, or white valley for “weather forecast” (which appear to be the only others that are in the same ball park for money vs time)
Secondly, people are saying the other 2 contests with a TUZ, not everyone has a TUZ, (or other end game trucks) and it’s on Zimnegorsk so you cant get it just like that!
And again you’d need to take a fuel trailer to the weather one if you want to carry on for a while and again have to take it back to get your money back (or do at least 1 more mission to cover the cost of just leaving it there)
And lastly it doesn’t matter if I smash my truck up along the way, I recover each time meaning fuel and repair points is never a problem!
I can do this contest in more like every 3:40 if that but I rounded up to 4 minutes so it doesn’t have to be record breaking lap times to stay on pace
So whether you have 10 minutes spare or 2 hours, you can get doing my way straight away, repeatedly, forever! The weather forecast one makes $1,350 more than this contest so if you can complete it in about 5 minutes then it’s about the same speed money wise, however again if you roll or the trailer does then that’s more time loss than this way plus I’ll be $5k ahead before you’ve even got to that contest
But if that still doesn’t convince you then by all means choose which one you prefer and go nuts with it lol you certainly aren’t going to offend me by not doing this way, I’m just trying to help not demand it be this way lol! and for some people with the right vehicles, it might be worth the set up effort with the others if you’re going to do it for hours and you’re confident you won’t roll etc! (To be fair the TUZ is hard to roll but still possible)
So for most people who just want some quick cash!
(Can’t remember my password etc lol I’ve got it somewhere I’ll get it sorted later and contact you via that) 👍🏻
@@SD1ONE, we don't have your email address visible, there are only FB, Twitter and Instagram
Really liked the comparison to the other trucks as well. Keep up the work, getting better every video!
@@itsmrlonewolf No doubt it took awhile, judging by the sheer number of fallen crates! Your hard work shows brother!
Ltgaigley haha yeah I removed about 40 odd crates too lol! The bit next to the bridge was a sea of crates at one point! I needed to be sure though lol! Thanks man I appreciate it 👍🏻!
I love all the shipping containers on the sides of the road!!
It’s fair to say I tested this very thoroughly lol 😂! About 150 runs later (half maybe made it) I know which trucks roll and which don’t lol! DO NOT.... take the ANK! I swear that alone is responsible for all the early containers and I removed about 30 of those too lol!
It’s Mr Lone Wolf yeah hey did love containers all over the place epically when you zoom in on the map
Too funny to see all those containers scattered about the route...
Well they do say free range containers lay the best engines so we’ll see lol! I had to test it thoroughly!
I found this a few days ago just before people started making videos about it just beat The RUclipsrs to this strategy. Helped me unlock chains for so many vehicles.
Yeah it’s a handy event to rack up some quick cash for more upgrades lol 👍🏻
I suck at driving in this game and I still made $5400 on the first try. This is the best revenue maker by far. Thank you!
Running dual rears increases stability even if you lose a tiny bit of traction it’s worth it
This is a good tip. I'm gonna remember this next time I warm up the PS4 console gaming multi-media consumption, connectivity and communications machine.
Haha it’s worth knowing dude for some quick cash 👍🏻! Or fiat based promissory notes of equal exchange as I like to call them
Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the custom tires on the Tayga are the best for mud, due to their ultra thickness -for her pleasure- .
By the way I see what you did there and I like it lol!
I notice you're using all-chain tires all the time on all the maps, is it the best all round tire? or a matter of preference?
Thanks man 👍🏻
For pc owners it is just a matter of searching for the word money in the save file. 😁
Yeah came here to type that..
Wow, thank you. I have yet to try any contest and assumed they were one and done but now i know they are repeatable.
Yeah I certainly will dude, I want to review the Vorons anyway, just been getting findable trucks out the way but yeah I’ll make sure I do those and I’ll test it with raised on this course and I’ll add it to the review if it’s better and now the best truck for this 👍🏻
Looks familiar ;) Definitely a great method, I need to see if I can beat your time. I don't use the TUZ method for some of the reasons you outlined.
The dupe glitch is still working I got 12millions to be honest I would do that for xp tho... Is this the quickest mission for exp? Thx mate
@@itsmrlonewolf ok bro appreciate your feedback thx. And you might have done the dupe glitch not on purpose for your taiga I reckon. Have a good one
The delivery contest from the service hub on Smith Valley dam to the farm is super quick too.
Repeating contests is actually fun I think. It's like an actual trucking route
Wolfy what did you think of the voron d?
But again dude you play the way that makes you happy man 👍🏻 you’re not going to offend me by doing your own things, it’s your game, enjoy it!
can you do the „cement delivery“ which can be found in zimnegorsk? you get 990xp every 4:30 minutes. there are videos on youtube, but they suck :D
29 more subs until you have 1000! I sure can pick the winners. Maybe I should bet on horses also. 😸🏇🏾
So all contests are repeatable?
Yeah they are dude so you can farm them as much as you want 👍🏻!
@@itsmrlonewolf nice! I did a contest in Smithville Dam by delivering 3 spare parts with the White Western Star and my best time was 2 mins and 48 seconds... Can you beat my time?🧐
William Pompa haha leave it with me dude and I’ll give it a go and I’ll let you know what I get 👍🏻! That sounds like a bloody quick time though lol
@@itsmrlonewolf yep...😎
Theres one better mission called wheather forecast you get over 6 thousand and 1040 stars in under 4 minutes the mission is in white valley
ANK 38 is one of the quicker trucks for this too. Around 3 mins.
крутой учебник! спасибо! продолжай
Great method! 🔥
Thanks dude I hope it comes in handy for you 👍🏻! It’s good xp too, 540xp every 4 minutes!
thre's another way to get money ... edit the memory address in RAM
Hahaha yeah yeah we’ve all heard about you PC players and ya fancy money hacks lol 😂👍🏻
@@itsmrlonewolf ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
i love your videos
should have used a Lo4f, bet that would do it in less than 1 minute
Fastest money; cheatengine
Hey,. Nice man,.! 👍
