I've have an FI phone banking account. It was temporarily freezed in 10th June, showing the reason suspicious activity. Then I contacted customer support and provided essentials. On July 22 it was permanently freezed after investigation. They said account will be open for 2 days so I can withdraw my funds or if it's not possible then they will transfer my money in my alternate Bank account. Their due date crossed and I didn't get that money and they told me the 2nd way. I emailed them with alternate Bank details but today is end of September but still no resolution. What should I do now? Please help
