Before reading the description, understand one thing carefully, I am making this video only for education purpose.
In this video, I have told you that if you get scammed, what steps should you take so that you can get your fraudulent money back.
Step 1 : First of all, register your complaint on cybercrime.gov.in as soon as possible.
Step 2 : So after the complaint is made, cyber crime sends you a PDF which you had complained about on cyber crime. Take a print out of PDF and all the proofs you have and visit a police station. And you have to go the same police station which tells you about cybercrime through messages.
Step 3 : After going to the police station, you have to submit all the documents and wait for a few days. Until the investigation officer completes your investigation.
Step 4 : If your investigation is completed and you get the message of amount hold from cyber crime then you have to go the police station as soon as possible And you have to request the investigation officer to file FIR. If his investigation is completed, he will file your FIR.
Step 5 : After FIR completion, you have to take a court order from the court. Which I have explained well to you in the video. So to get the court order, you need a lawyer. So higher a lawyer and get your court order from the court which is very important to get your money back.
Step 6 : And after taking the court order, you have to submit your court order to the bank. After a few days, your fraudulent money will be returned to your account.
So I have explained everything very well in the video. Watch the full video. Understand carefully the process I told you. If you complete this process then there are very high chances of getting your fraudulent money back.
