Thank you for this amazing, witchy flow. I really felt connected to my feminine energy and my intuitive nature. I felt able to “let go” as winter calls us to do so we can open to new beginnings. I didn’t know the Warrior pose had one hand in the past, one in the future, and the heart in the present💙 What an amazing way to celebrate Winter Solstice!
What a lovely flow and beautifully guided with thoughts to let go the old and welcome the new. Loved your beautiful feline coming to the mat prior to you during the sage work... mine did the same :)
Thank you for another beautiful practice. I have had to modify heavily this time as I just had a cortisone injection in my c5,c6 neck vertebrae and have very little movement. I am in the southern hemisphere and would love a winter solstice meditation as well. Grateful for all that you do.
