    Breathwork is a powerful tool. Do this stuff since 20 years and it changed my life completely. Never expected to be so joyful and happy. The older I am the better I feel 😁

    I just started doing Breath work regularly a few weeks ago, and I was surprised when I cry almost every time at the end. it’s like my body is releasing some thing that hasn’t quite caught up to my mind and I see things and have a little epiphany sometimes. it feels like I am getting a lot of work done in a very short amount of time. I’m not really sure what all the benefits are yet but it feels so good that I’m just gonna keep on doing it every day.

    Years of trying so many different healing modalities I have never experienced anything like the healing power of breathwork. I’ve just started a 7 month breathwork facilitator training program and I can’t wait to learn more and teach this to others

      @@meshalshmri5560 It will. The clarity and relaxation you get from it is chemistry based. It changes your cheistrry. It will override your cortisol.

    I have bursts of anger and growls/grunts doing Wim Hof, and have cried sometimes, other times I just laugh and feel very high and euphoric.
    I’d say it has helped me so much emotionally.

    Can you explain why Wim Hof does the intense breathwork before getting into an ice bath? Isn't it to oxygenate the body so you don't go numb in the cold water?

      Did you have that reaction during deep breathing or holotropic breathing? Because they are two very different things.

      @@jamessimon8620 One should be a slow and deep nose breathing. The other is fast and done through the mouth.

    anyone has a tip how to use it for anxiety? especially health anxiety? cause i am afraid to breath too much too heavy cause the bodily symptoms i get like lightheadednes etc CAUSE more anxiety so i cant get over the point where i can let go to release my emotions

      @@pranaypherwani4981 I am not sure the exact type but it is with John Wineland. I cannot lie down and meditate for barely 5 minutes but I did this breath work for 20 minutes straight. It went by so fast and I was fully engaged.
