Following your instructions, worked flawlessly. I spent 2 hours trying other procedures I thought would work. Resetting the Network card worked, because I recently replaced my router with my ISP.

I have a few in my password and when I didn't see them, I was kind of like, Well, not really wanting to reset all my passwords just to hook up the printer, so I did what i do best. I just started pushing buttons and hoped for the best. It worked out and nothing blew up. LOL Thanks again. Aaron.
I know this is an old vid but it's a winner, and such a good example of why you should keep processes and user interfaces consistent where possible. I've got a HL-L2365DW and this made setup simple, even though I don't have a big screen to work off and I have a few less buttons which made menu navigation a bit trickier. Hopefully new Brothers are the same so this vid is/can continue to be helpful into the future.
Whenever Microsoft has an update my brother printer just will not work. So I've kept you video in my favorites list and it works every time. Thank you so much.

Thank you very helpful But maybe just include this as a quick set up guide with new printer or as a label on side? It seems quite strange that the most pertinent information to the actual functioning of the printer should be the most difficult to acquire!

Can I do this without the CD? I don't have it and the printer works while plugged into USB but I want to use the wireless feature.
