That was amazing watching live. Fantasy did see the creep but he hid his banshee hoping he could snipe the overseer. Clutch decision making and game sense!!!
1 thing that soo could have thought of as banshee was killing the hatchery was that he should tell spine crawler to go as far as possible from banshee because brood lord cannot protect it from banshee but coruptors can follow it and kill it as it makes it`s way to the far end of the map to finish off the crawler that way it would run out of energy before it gets to it
Why wouldn't the zerg build a drone and start mining? The banshe would have killed it but at least he would have bought some time. That time + the early cloak of the terran and fucking around in the end might have been enough. As soon as that hatch died those 72 minerals was completely useless anyway.
Peltz well the drone would have died almost immediately, but maybe that would have bought enough time for the energy on the banshee to run out before killing the spine crawler :P
+Peltz Isn't that the beauty of base trades? People usually don't know what to do exactly and instead of having a perfectly planned out build need to improvise. You can train for basetrade scenarios to get a good sense of what is important, but since each case is so different, players will always make mistakes in those situations.
DemonicTable Winning is winning. The zerg player only had a hatchery and a spine crawler left, so they Terran player exploited that in a last ditch effort.
DemonicTable It's not about attrition, it's about the objective. The Zerg created more of an army, but completely let his base become vulnerable. you're looking at the end and comparing armies, rather than the evolution of the gameplay from start to finish.
This wouldn't have been so exciting if he hadn't fucked around with the Banshee while killing the Hatchery.

***** didnt the marines killed the lone overseer? suicide marines the mvp of the game?
***** yeah that's what i meant haha.
If he made a drone with the hatch to distract the banshee he could've won. Fantasy didn't know if he had enough money for an extractor or not.
Hal C good point
Lorenz, 2 shots would've bought enough time for banshee to be revealed in the end.
that makes it even better. It made the win more deserved.
You should know that Fantasy used marines and killed overseer to cut the Detector, He has a good sense.
An amazing win... and terrible loss. aw man I feel for the guy. His face says it all.
That guy is SO MAD
R Deadpooln PJSalt
This is what you call EPIC
Wow, you guys are quick!

Of all the buildings to survive it was one of the only mobile buildings. XD

3 upgrade cloak banshee = awesome
And minds were blown
Soo could've built a drone and mined 5 minerals, hen proceed to make an extractor?
Entire map was mined out.
Man, I love sc :)
TERRRRAAAAAAAANNNN
Rolling thunder!
Yeah, this is the one. Watched it in real time .. amazing.
no you don`t kill anything flying with banshee xD
Couldn't soO have attacked the banshee with his Muta by attacking his own corruptor ??
theEx3cut0rs no. muta glave wurm bounce does not bounce to undetected cloaked units.
Anyone know what the song at the end is?
INSANE GAME

it was insane
Insane
Wow, so sick!
Damn.
so muhc lick
This was an amazing game :D
Zerg hat 72 minerals and larva. Why didn't he simply make a drone, let it collect one mineral and then make it an extractor somewhere on the map?
Peltz well the drone would have died almost immediately, but maybe that would have bought enough time for the energy on the banshee to run out before killing the spine crawler :P
Before the banshee even went there I mean. But yeah, still trying would not have any disadvantage...

Yeah, of course, but still, if you're a pro, you should see that you have enough minerals for a unit...
+Peltz There were no more minerals left
maximum bm!
That was amazing
WTF! xD
OMFG!
omg.....
OMG!
omg
omggg
get rekt soO your time in sc2 is over
Gg
this is kind of silly, the zerg had obviously outplayed his opponent, it just goes to show that the game has some silly mechanics
DemonicTable I'm glad it could end in wacky ways
DemonicTable Are you saying cloak is a silly mechanic? The zerg got his detection killed very unnecessarily. So "outplaying"? I don't think so.

DemonicTable Outplayed by letting himself get to 1 mineral and lose his last overseer? K
This was nuts
