Bhai,Flex cable mey problem nahi hey,yeh toh panel ki gate line short hey,hum log issi short ko nikal dete hey by purring tape.But thanks a lot for saving peoples money ,otherwise they need to spend more on replacement of screen with scalar board
There are 2 flex on screen side not on motherboard side . Start from first pin to 4 pins and cover with tape from corner and try 4-4 pins . First four then second four . Or otherwise send me the video i will help u

How do you know what pins to tape I have 65 inch same exact issue
