If u r okay with this exploitation, now u can cope but it will just keep on increasing. At one point, u'll die same like them. Reduce taxes, increase salary, then only we can grow by working. That lady didnt even have time to do her basic needs like brushing or washing clothes for a single women, what abt married families who need to take care of children, spouse and elders who need care? Then u will keep ur wives back at home, ur income will be halved and women's rights who doesn't work has less voice, we will go back 10 yrs. How is any of these healthy growing economy? Noone is against hardwork here, it's just that we r not improving even after hardwork nor promotion nor salary but death, becoz all those money r just going to rich people, who dont want to cut their profit(not loss or break even but profit) for the benefit of employees.

I am sharing what i have come to understand, so take it with grain of salt, Modi even when he was not CM of Gujarat and was just Bjp party member or RSS member, have worked in a manner built good raport among NRI specifically the ones living in America which later helped him in becoming CM of Gujarat and later maintained his position, and now when he is PM he is applying same strategy among NRI living abroad irrespective of country, Modi gives huge favour to business class specifically the ones belonging to gujarati community, and in abroad historically Gujaratis / marwaris , punjabis, bengalis were some community which went to make fortune for themselves and many were able to succeed in there aspirations. Modi gets huge support from this Gujarati/marwari community people who were wealthy when they were in India and became further wealthy when they went to abroad, Modi caters to there demands and aspirations and helped them grow further in exponential manner. And all these favour are at the cost of present native Indian citizens, you will get answers through foreign policies, Rupee value going down compare to dollars, stock market position in India and farmers Bill favour wealthy capitalists and what not.
So what you suggested in your comment is what we call ‘Sangati ka asar’.
What we see as infrastructure development or misshap , the amount of money people make through such projects who are favoured by government is not unknown, plus the the amount of loan government has taken is not unhidden, and all of these have contributed to our common citizen tax burden.
