Caparica Surf Fest received the best European surfers under-13, from the 17th to 20th of April, for the 3rd edition of the MATTAgameON Powered by Didier Piter Surf Coaching. This 3rd edition of the event is focused on the youngest surfers, the next generation, with the goal to present the most complete event that will help these kids to develop their surfing skills.
MATTAgameON concludes with an exciting final day. Inigo Madina, from France, had a solid win in the final against Dylan Donegan, 2nd place from the Canary Islands, Conor Donegan, 3rd place from Canary Islands, and João Roque Pinho, 4th place from Portugal. Besides standing out from a total of 40 of the best European surfers under-13, Inigo won a free 10 days boat trip to the Mentawai, courtesy of Absorvit Vitaminas and Sumatra Surf Trip, and also free coach session with Didier Piter Surf Coaching.
Lauren Sandland from England dominate all the final over Lilo Mazoyer from France to be came the first girl to win the MATTAgameON girls edition.
At the end Nuno Matta prepared a surprise by delivering the MATTA Special Award, sponsoring contract with MATTA, to Nahuel Selandari. But the level of these young surfers was so high that Nuno Matta decided to award one more surfer with the sponsoring award, MATTA family got a total of 2 new members, besides Nahuel also João Roque Pinho, from Portugal, have a new surfboard sponsoring contract with MATTA.
