Call it a youthful indiscretion, *NEVER* tell him or anyone from whom it might get back to him, and move on with life. Live out the rest of your days as though it never happened until and unless she or someone else confronts you over it. If you feel guitly about it, good, live with that. Hurting your friendship and/ or her marriage to assuage your own conscience is actively worse than having banged her in the first place. The guilt is your appropriate punishment.
