Please sir, how do I allow a user that created account on my WordPress website to create a sub account for his or her kids, Like, let me use Netflix as an example, when you pay for Netflix you can be able to create account for your kids, and your kids can watch any kids movies but won't have access to the adult movies, but you been the adults that have the main account, can have access to the boot account
Hi there! Thanks for the question. It sounds like you need to create new roles with a plugin that can do that for you… never seen one that can do exactly that, but customized roles is not so difficult. Try looking for some role plugins?

Hi there! It’s a good practice to let people only create subscriber role indeed. If you wish to allow users to register on your WordPress site, then simply head over to the Settings » General page. Scroll down to the ‘Membership’ section and check the box next to the ‘Anyone can register’ option. Open user registration in WordPress Next, you need to select the default user role. This is the user role assigned to each new user who registers on your website.
Be careful User Role Editor is a Russian. I wrote to him about politics and he didn't want to give me a trustful answer. I have chosen another Plugin for my user management. I wouldn't let Russia go that much deep on my website.

Can you edit the capabilities of another administrator too? I don't see that role there

what if I want the shop manager to only see orders?
