you can also try the TB Eq v4 demo. The only limit it has is saving presets but you can make peaks up to 24 dB (still a bit less than pro q) but it's a bit more than the FL stock ones. You can also stack peaks to basically do the same thing as proQ. The only thing pro q does really simply is mid/side for monoing bass but you can easily do that for free with a patcher preset.
