  • One of the more brutal body parts to blast, back training requires a certain amount of brutish manual labor. But that doesn't stop Evan Centopani from examining every possible method of optimizing his lat and lumbar development. Taking the mind-muscle to the next level, Evan's Iron Intelligence is on full display as he walks viewers through a heavy back workout at his favorite gym--Montanari Brothers' Powerhouse in New Haven, Connecticut.

Holy shit that hamstring tip at the beginning is golden. My lower back's been bothering me a lot during deadlifts so definitely going to give this one a try. Thanks for the excellent quality stuff :).

Animal and this reply is why you're my favorite company. not even trying to sell your product to someone asking for advice, just straight forward advice about gaining weight.

I got on Animal Pak and Stak just because I seen Evan Centopani take it and I know he's careful on what goes into his body, so if it's good enough for him then it's good enough for me

he's said a bunch of times that he's not a big supplement guy but animal is good in that they don't force their sponsored bodybuilders and powerlifters to advertise products they don't use. He has some videos on this channel saying what animal stuff he takes and then he also has some other just general health supplements that he sometimes mentions on his own channel

Marscream lower the weight, slow the movement down, squeeze at the top of the movement and lower it slowly while letting the lat fully stretch out. Also make sure you are hydrated and try upping your sodium and electrolytes. This will help you obtain a better pump.
