Sweden has a solid line up, only gripe i have when playing as sweden is the gen1 thermals (its a killer) and the fact im always paired up with USA.. and most the time its against germany and russia.. i even put the gripen c at 12.7 in my line up to try not get the clickbait/premium one and done spam
In my opinion. Sweden is pretty fun to play aggressive. Be it at low-, mid- or toptier. Got many tanks with fast reloads, one-shot guns and good speedy mobility. But paper armour, the shoot first or die kinda thing. Strv M/42 Delat Torn, Bkan 1C, IKV 91, U-SH 405, CV90105 and all the other Strf 9040 variants are some of the very fun aggressive things.
@Serkay64 in my experience, having both sweden and germany maxed out, the dm53 is superior. The 95s do some weird shit sometimes, especially against Russian ERA. I'm not sure if it's because the dm53 has more velocity, but it feels like it comes out the barrell far quicker and pens a lot easier. Combined games in my Leo 2a5, 2a6, 2a7 and pso - there is well over 3k games, then when I switch to sweden - I feel a difference. Just my opinion, and you may feel different.

Especially when you peeking over the hill, you can see the enemy first and make decisions before firing. Bro, the plss’s giraffe neck give you ability to see the enemy way earlier. Another thing is that you normally have wider fov and, most of the time, better resolution for thermal which is perfect for spotting.
Honestly I think as a nation in whole, Russia is still the best with their GOAT aviation, the best CAS, best helicopters by far and like 10 very good MBTs. But Sweden has the best MBTs without a doubt.
But u cant avoid the fact that fox3s make cas much harder for russian planes. So many guys up in their 120 slingers in the mid to late game, its more Air RB than the actual game mode for air to air encounter. I think at least at 11.7 and above nato aircraft are more than capable to balance russian OP cas.
10 very good MBTs?? At top tier??? You only have the BVM, B3, 90M… pretty much anything that isn’t an T-80 is kinda mid or garbage. Due to the crew spacing being horrible, it’s a firecracker, no reverse speed, no gun depression, horrible reload speed, highly fuel explosion prone, autoloader is center of mass taking up a 3rd of the tank, if you get penetrated it’s likely gone, bad base armor, horrible gun traverse speeds if it isn’t a B3 90M or BVM, the list quite literally goes on. I think I can make a dissertation on things that are unliked about the species designs. STRVs 1 on 1 absolutely stomp any Soviet MBT. If we take into account skill level ofc. There is a good reason pro teams don’t use the USSR/Russia in Top Tier Tank Tournaments unless it’s Advance to The Rhine. Even then, in the finals on Rhine all I saw was China with their ZTZ. The only thing close to a Russian tank. The ZTZ has design of a Soviet tank, but with the benefit of an actual reverse speed, and better handling. Thats the thing. If you bring in planes & helis, sure they rock. But American CAS has been a main stay. They’ve been meta for longer. But no one said America Bias. Likely in the future American CAS aswell as aircraft will be meta AGAIN (like the F-14 was for a long time, like the phantom was for a good while, like the F-16 was for a good min). Not to mention when the Abrams first came out fighting T-55s, Leopard 1s, etc while people had the most to look forward to was the T-64s vs Abrams meta where you couldn’t ammo rack it no matter what (Type 10s, TKX, TKX(P) all still exhibit this bug where you can’t kill it from the frontal ammo racking of it, no one screams Japan Bias). Every nation has BS. I think people in general would have a better time if there was simply a tank only mode tbh. But no one is focused on that.
Also the Su-27, MiG 29s, etc get DUNKED ON by F-16s, F-15s, Jas 39, etc. What in the world do you mean “GOAT aviation”? In game Russia has possibly the WORST planes. People with far greater experience than 90+% of the player base agree, and have displayed this in dogfights, BVR, etc. The only things Russia seems to excel at (to my knowledge) is CAS (Helis), and SPAA. Tanks? Get dunked on by Sweden, Germany, Italy with the 2A7s, and 122s. Fighter jets? Get dunked on by the US of A, Sweden, Britain, Italy, Etc the list goes on as they have the worst fighter jet based on flight performance, and BVR capabilities unless compared to a jet that has no BVR capabilities, or an aircraft of the same origin in a diff nation…
