Just installed the Gen III Goose Box on our 40 foot Fuzion toy hauler, man what a smooth ride. I just added a 90 degree air fitting to mine, but I like your design much better. Great job.
Rock n Roll, this is awesome. I'd love to see a quick video of how the Viair is set up in the battery compartment. I assume you still have the ability to use your compressor for filling tires?
I'm looking at the Goosebox and Gen-Y offset as well and wondered since it rests on the bed, is it wearing the spray-on liner or the bed itself? Nice idea with the remote air.
@@RockyRohde Curious to find out, I was thinking about putting something nylon like a lube plate between the base and bed. Is there a relief valve in the brass piece you removed? Meaning there is no relief valve with the direct connection.
Just wondering why the elaborate setup with compressor? Once you add pressure would it not need further adjustment? I added air to mine and seems to hold well without adjustment.
Depends on what I’m hauling in Toy hauler.. pin weight is almost half when my canam is loaded vs unloaded.. it requires different pressures.. on a fixed RV I agree…
Drilled up under master bed and ran under bed.. Then drilled back down to front compartment. I have about a 3-5ft section under the bed. Then siliconed and sealed
This is what i used for the hitch.. the rest you need is all 1/4” tubing line to fit your design.. Stainless Steel Adapter 1/4" NPT... www.amazon.com/dp/B01LQU8HPM?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

The air fitting for being a gen 3 on the 20K, is so under engineered. Clear the person does not RV. Just terrible for so many reasons. Folks they got paid to make Our life misserable.
It would be great if you could add the list of material you used- fittings, switch , pump etc. thanks!

Thanks for watching.. I’m definitely never going back to a fifth wheel. Once you pull with a goosebox nothing compares..
Someone else asked but...Could you please list all the parts for this conversion? And provide links? Thanks and a great idea.
This is really good info. Very nice work to get that built in for convenience.

I have a separate one on the truck. I just added the pump and switch..
That’s slicker than frog snot. Nice work!
Thanks 👍
1500-2200 pin weight on a 45’ toy hauler? Is that right?
I have a 37’ Reflection (14kgvwr) and the pin weight is 3100.
Thanks for the video. Is that Big Foot in the background?? 😮

How did you run the air hose?
Drilled up under master bed and ran under bed.. Then drilled back down to front compartment. I have about a 3-5ft section under the bed. Then siliconed and sealed
Did you have to drill hole in back of hitch for your air line ?
No… I ran it through the top
can you please list the fittings
