I know absolutely nothing about "graffiti tags", but unless they have similar rules to those that govern the pronunciation of such names as "Featherstonehof", or "Cholmondoley", I would still suggest that the name of the "Artist" is probably something like "V.S.C. PHANTOM", but, again, as I said, I actually know nothing of these things.
