i remembered some of the best looking armour was also pretty weak that annoyed me
99% armor in DA is UGLY :(
All these sets of armor you can only get in Bitterblack Isle, all of them cursed lvl3 armor( wich you need to purify), some from enemies and some found in the chests in deeper areas, you will need a TON of crystals to get them all, i recommend looking up where to farm them, i recall lvl3 items being 25,000, you can sort of "manipulate" wich armor you are going to get based on your class, like, Red = Hellfire set, Yellow = Oblivion set, Blue = Carrion, the same for weapons, to upgrade them you will most likely need to kill Daemon a number of times to get his drops, but you will most likely hit a Rift Cristal Wall with too many armors and no RC to purify them, thats where the Cursed Dragon Farming comes into play
...oh and you can't gift it either, you can only gift the unpurified item, wich is not recommended since the item you're gonna get is not random, is set based on your PSN ID( i play the ps3 version of this game)

@@luandyelam6097 well you can always check the wiki, thats where i got most of the info, the equipment from bitterblack is endgame stuff (when fully upgraded at least), so you don't really need equipment from outside, save a couple of quests and the Godsbane you get from the main quest, there is also the thing about "are you going for stats or fashion?", "what class are you looking for and how you're building it?" and "well certain enemies requires certain strategies thing"
are you looking for anything specific? i woud definitely recommend the wiki (it has videos covering it as well)

I don't remember if the Holy dark buckler is level 3 curse but it's a pretty awesome shield for mystic knight I love how it's black with glowing gold trim on the edges :)
I love the magik archer and assassin gear and weapons they look amazing and stats are crazy good as well.

The gold symbol above his armors is called Gold Rarefied which is the highest level that your armor can go to. And yes, this is only available when you go to BBI.

From what I've seen there seems to be 3 or 4 special attributes on EACH piece of armor - they're not the same across the board.

the carrion oblivion and hellfire sets give you 100% resist to every to almost everything lol

Virge of Madness is a beautiful weapon, my go to as a MK. Devilsbane is cool, but I can be a Fighter, or an Assassin if I want to wield it. mace all the way with MK

I just finished getting the entire Hellfire Set, fully dragon forged to gold level with the best weapons to give to my fighter pawn....it was so worth finishing it because now she unkillable.
True but those armors are vocation locked. Abyssinal Armor and all its pieces can be worn by any vocation, which makes being a Assassin much more efficient on Bitterblack.
Thanks, nice video! Is there a way to further manipulate cursed items? I farmed daimon and death for 3 days and got 20-25 lvl 3 items and it is every time the same stuff. I got all weapons and the lower stat armor sets but only 1 part of the stronger armor parts ("A truly rare item, ...").

You'll want to be a yellow vocation. Either strider or ranger.

That is the Rarefy Final Level. It's the last and best enhancement on any piee of equipment and may only be used wihen you have the dark arisen dlc/game

OK, I'm sold, this new gear looks sweet! I'm not so sure about the headgear though. I don't really like it that much. I have a question about the gear though: The secondary effects (e.g. regain stamina on killing blows), are they set for those particular pieces of armour, or are they random and could appear on any piece?
When you're in a city, or a ''no-enemy zone''. It will be open, when you're out in the field, it will close itself.
Same goes with some thief gear. It will have a piece covering your mouth, but when you're in-town. It will show your face.

Hey Manufactured Opinion, hate to be another question, but what is the best way to get the immortal armour set? I have loads of time so if it takes a while I can brace it. I've already accepted the "wages of death quest 1&2", should I just do them then continue with whatever "wages of death" appear? And nice vid +thx
renting out your pawns gives you more rifts crystals than you'd ever need, pretty much every day i get around 100k rift crystals when resting at an inn.
i have tons of copies of every level three weapons and armors but i cant trade them for some reason on ps3 wont even allow me to let a pawn hold on to any of it

damn dude I've been trying to farm for the oblivion set for assassin but its taking forever
I found out that u can gift these armor pieces! You have to gift them when they are cursed. When u release a pawn u can give them cursed items. But they change when u gift them. Me and my dad tried this out. When it wasn't fable ( hellfire,oblivian,carrion) we gifted them to each other. Most of them turned fable!

farm daimon for cursed armor lvl 3, change your vocation and your pawns to a blue vocation (mage / sorcerer) that will be your best chance to receive carrion.

Dark Arisen is the full game plus the expansion. Original owners of the game get a few perks though.
