- Pichu uses his new found Turbo powers to blow his way through Adventure mode. (And hurts himself in the process).
Pichu can't use half his moves without taking damage, so I just rolled with it and caused him even more damage throughout the run.
For those who don't know about it, I performed the Infinite Super Scope Glitch on the Icicle Mountain stage. To pull it off, you need to shoot 15 small shots, and 2 fully charged ones. While you are charging the last shot, get hit by someone or grab a mushroom.
This is what happens when you give a Pokemon Rare Candies and prevent it from evolving
Sounds about right.
But Pichu evolves by happiness, not by level

Nikki Green True! Pichu’s mobility would hindered if you took those moves out of the equation so it wouldn’t really be a speedrun. Sorry If I stated the obvious.

This is practically a “No Damage” run because the Pichu Bot damages himself but isn’t damaged by a CPU.
In other words, the bot took no damage normally. But took damage from Pichu’s moves.

It is, but even as a TAS it would be lame, since the only few attacks that doesn't hurt Pichu himself is A-mashing and Z grabs.
Edit: I forgot about the 2nd Brinstar stage, I'm not too sure it's possible as Pichu can't make the last jumps with only his normal jumps..
Right, I totally forgot.. But in the end it would make for a quite repetetive TAS as he could pretty much only use grab, normal A attacks and up-smash as he also would have to normally run through the stages lol
