  • Hello everyone and welcome back!
    today we are going to see wich are the difference between the "old" Rotax cylinder and the new EVO 2.
    this is a new type of video, and i know that i'm not the best editor in the world, but i hope you will samely enjoy.

    Good stuff mate. I (senior) also found that the new cilinder gives more power at the peak torque and bhp level. Not an extreme difference but def noticable

      Thank you! Actually the difference is not that big, but to be competitive you must change it. I will have a completely new engine in the middle of March, so i'll see if it's only the cylinder that make the difference or the whole engine

    show a comparison lap between evo and evo 2 side by side even if theres no difference it looks cool

      on the new cilynder thera are one or two big letters , in the inside part @@leonardobaccaglini

    Is it enough to change the cylinder to have "evo 2"?
    Do you have to buy a complete engine?
    Or just a bare engine?

      You just need to change the cylinder, not the entire engine.

      Quando prende coppia ha molta più potenza. Ci sono circa 2-3 decimi al giro per quanto riguarda la DD2, poi dipende

    Why do you blip the gas when switching up to 2nd gear?

      Because it's more linear when you switch gear. If you don't the engine can sweep or make voids. Furthermore when you Don't blip the engine cut the electricity, so there will be more fuel to burn in the cylinder.
